New technology space propulsion system

I am looking to create a New propulsion system. Using electromagnetic field waves with a nesting magnetic design while under super conductive temperatures to get the most out of this system.
This system will attempt to break gravity with no chemical burn off or outside moving parts here on earth.
How the system works is through the nesting magnetic design it creates a dense force field. Trapped in the middle of this field is 1 ton (warp plate) that can be manipulated. then through force, pressure and weight the device will begin to elevate as an air bubble does through water
I will be using independent modules that will work as one platform. To achieve unlimited thrust in space, as well as agility and Mobility.
Plan A
To Break gravity on earth
To achieve sub light speed or better.
If achieved many great things will be possible (awsome)

Move any needed equipment between earth and Mars.
Save nasa Tons of money on rocket fuel, possibly enabling return trips from mars.

Risiken und Herausforderungen
My biggest challenge I face as an entrepreneur is too find qualified & dedicated individuals to create a team that's more sophisticated in certain areas that i have less knowledge in. (Custom Software) (algorithms For cross platform control) (testing grounds) To make a fully working prototype I will be using the help of the maglab for insight, material Behavior. my programing team for custom software needed. This will make a great assignment for college graduates &or professionals.
This will be the only independent project I will be working on. Rewards will be made after working test.
