If at first you don't succeed, _____.
give up... burn it all to the ground... try, try again
We choose try, try again. We plan to come back to kickstarter a little later in the year and try again.
In the meantime we will be:
- Working on the graphic design to give the game a lighter more fun look, this includes a name change.
- Reworking the game design to make the game cheaper without sacrificing quality.
- Raising funds outside of kickstarter, so that our funding goal can be lower.
- We will also continue to build the community around the game.
Here is a preview of things to come:
No Blank Left Behind (formerly Blank This Game!) is a simple party game for adults. One person in this game called “The Dictator” reads a question off of one of their cards. Everyone else then writes a response, they can be complimentary, insulting, funny or filthy(filthy usually wins). What ever they think will have the best chance of being pick by the Dictator. After all the responses have been submitted the Dictator pick his favorite. He then gives the card to the player who wrote the winning response and that player places it in the score pile. The player to the left of the Dictator becomes the new Dictator and the game continues like this until all the cards dealt out at the start of the game have been awarded. The player with the most points at the end of the game is the winner
With four questions on each card, you should never have to ask a lame question. Because of the whiteboards you don't have predefined responses that don't fit the question like in many other games. In-jokes or even the players themselves can become answers and the same answers can be used over and over leading to some very funny running jokes. Which in the end leads to a ton of laughs, many groans and possibly a few gasps.
- Simple rules and quick to teach
- Over 400 Questions/Statements (4 on each card)
- 3-8 Players (can handle more players with a second copy or by forming teams)
- 45-60 Minutes (game length is adjustable, by increasing or decreasing the amount of cards dealt to each player)
- Ages 17+
- Tons of laughs

Hello I'm Wayne Lucas the designer. I would like to tell you how No Blank Left Behind came to be. At the end of just about every gaming session we would pull out Cards Against Humanity. It was a nice easy way to end the night with a lot of laughs. After a few months of this the jokes started to get repetitive. So one night, about a year ago as we were about to start our usual game of CAH I noticed Say Anything another fun party game. And the idea struck me what if we play Say Anything with the CAH cards. We had a blast! After a while we threw out the Say Anything scoring system for a much simpler one. Then we started writing new and more interesting questions and before we knew it we had a new game. The original goal was never to produce a new game it was just to have some fun. I hope you will find No Blank Left Behind as much fun as we do, and I really appreciate you taking the time to have a look at our project. Making a game like this would be a huge dream come true for me and I couldn't do it without you. Thanks!
Risks and challenges
With any project there are a variety of variables that need to be managed. It is a challenge to create a game, manufacture, ship to the warehouse, and fulfill to backers, that's why we have been working on this project for the last six months. Trying to learn and prepare for everything that is involved in producing a board game. The graphic design is complete and our biggest task we have to complete before sending the game off to be printed is figuring out which of the 800 questions and statements we will be using. After that the biggest challenge that we see for this project is fulfillment, to minimize that risk we are partnering with four different fulfillment services around the world that have extensive shipping experience. We aim to make this project run as smooth as we can possible make it.
If you have any questions about the project development please ask us. We are striving to be as transparent as possible.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
