How can we improve Leash & Cuff? A call for feedback!

Hi folks, I'm going to be short and sweet on this one. Now that Spring has sprung and the weather is getting warm (apologies for rubbing it in for the 12% of the world population in the Southern Hemisphere) we hope you've had time to get your Leashes and Cuffs out and put them to the test.

So now the question is - how did we do? What is great about Leash and Cuff and what needs to be improved? We want you to be brutally honest, no holding back! Just click the link below and answer the questions that follow. It will take less than 5 minutes, and your feedback will literally steer the course of our company.

Sorry for late comment. Also I can't fill the form because it is not avaible anymore. My suggestion -
Use some protector on both ends of strap where anchor is plugged, because it can leave scratches on camera body. Maybe it [protector] can be optional part.
But really product is great - I use it with my nex-6 when I go out.

A shoulder pad or a wider strap. My wife has abandoned her leash strap now because when its used with her gripped 5D3 (no matter how small the lens). It digs a nice little crease into her shoulder.

a discount coupon code for backers to purchase additional leash/cuffs would be awesome too ;)

I know there is a form but im just going to type here (sorry for being lazy)
      a few suggestions:
      - have a few different "grades" of anchors (by this I mean the thickness of the cord) as the current is too thick for some of the smaller cameras I have tried to attach them to.
      - I would really like to have some connectors (thing that the anchor clips into) free from leash or cuff and with the cord attached (like the anchor) reason behind this is so I can loop a connector around my belt or bag. sometimes I go out with just my camera with anchors attached and need to rest it for a second, would be good to anchor it for just a sec. could be used for many other applications.

mostly its need to be broaden, by 5-20mm
and cuff is too long for my skinny body :(

Make the leash thicker so that it won't cut into our necks. I will fill in the form as well.
