We know that many of you will want print copies of the book, and we want to ensure that you have a way to get one, but we’re a very small company and all of our print products are only on demand. We’re not prepared to handle large numbers of print requests, and, again, we want to avoid the sorts of problems that we’ve been seeing similar Kickstarter campaigns with physical rewards come across. So, instead of having an option for you to pay more to get a print copy of the book, we’re giving everyone who gets a digital copy of the book the option, if they want, to print their own copy through www.drivethrurpg.com. Once the book is released, each backer who receives a digital version will also receive a link that will allow them to print a copy of the book at cost: this means that you will pay exactly what we would pay to print the book (the cost is set by the printers and based on the number of pages in the book and the type of binding), as well as the shipping. We know it’s a little extra work on your part, and we’re sorry for that, but it also costs less for you than the alternative, and cuts down on delays or complications with delivery.
