It's the future, one man must survive in a world where everybody else is a robot. An animated sci-fi show.
Picture this, there's one man left, and he must find the the last female where everybody else is a robot.
Our Hero sneaks into this dark world, dressed as a robot. He must find the location of the last female and rescue her.
Set in a dark noir future, "Escape from the City of Robots", will follow our hero through his dangerous rescue.
HOW WILL THIS SHOW BE CREATED?
Through the use of modern computer animation, miniatures ,stop motion & practical sets & props. Syntropica Media likes to use many tools to create visual effects.
ROBOTS! ROBOTS! & MORE ROBOTS!
We will have all sorts of robots in this show. New and old, short and tall, modern and retro, our designers have dug deep into their creative depths to bring you all the cool and fun designs you can imagine.
Escape from the City of Robots: official T-shirt. Available in all sizes for men and women.
Escape from the City of Robots: official DVD. Includes the first three episodes and behind the scenes short.
Escape from the City of Robots: original artwork. Designs and story boards used in the creation of the project.
Were's the money going?
Everyone working on this project is a professional. Even though the staff is not working full time, they will still be paid for their time. We are using professional voice talent, not our friends and neighbors, this costs money.
We have streamlined the animation process at Syntropica Media, but we still have to:
* Write the episodes
* Story board the episodes
* Build the models
* Texture the models.
* animate the props/models
* Render the animations
* Rent the sound studio to record the voices
Syntropica Media is located in Southern California. Although most of the crew lives in Southern California, some team members reside in other parts of the world. When Syntropica Media was formed, the goal was to focus our positive energy and love of movies,into tangible products and media.
Syntropica Media will be creating many custom CGI models for this show. Like this flying 1948 Pontiac, shown above. We have access to a real 48 Pontiac for filming, giving the show that extra real quality.
"Escape from the city of Robots" is still in the develpoment and in the design phase. Because we want the project to be the best it can be, some design(s) you see here and on my website may change during the production process.
Thank you for backing this project!
