Summertime Update!

Dear Checkmate team!

After a few absent weeks, Cara and I are back! Here is what's going on right now:

-Website is being meticulously put together. It's looking fabulous and we can't wait to share it with you; so expect another message from us by the end of the week with the link to it!

-Our costume designer Lars is almost done with her design renderings. We will also have them by the end of the week so expect to see them on the website! skjdbjkfbq!!! We are SO excited to see these costumes, are you?!

-Also, I just wanted to make sure you guys knew what the production's schedule is: We will shoot on September 8th,9th,15th and 16th. We plan to edit like crazy after that and we estimate that we will have the film ready by January (giver or take!)

-Once we start shooting, we will be constantly uploading photos and videos to the website; that way you will all be kept in the Checkmate magical loop!

Aaaaand that is it for now! How is everybody's summer going so far? Good?  .... GOOD! I'm glad to hear (read-assume) that your summer has been absolutely delightful.

We look forward to sharing our new website and costume renderings with you, so we'll talk soon, ok?

Have a lovely Thursday,

-Andrea.

Thanks for the news, I already can't wait to see the website!
I've spent most of my Thursday updating my own site, standardizing the layout of ~30 product pages :(
And my corner of the world is having winter now; but I'm still having a good time - at least I have a cosy fire to curl up in front of :D

Sounds like you've got plenty of time to get ready for the shoot, but I'm sure it will fly by in a blur if you give it half a chance. Have you confirmed what gear (camera, audio, editing software, etc.) you will be using? I'd love to hear some details :)
