advance notification, free chai the first time you come by, your own pansaari MUG to keep, or bring back if you MUST have take away. Remember, we are trying to do away with wasteful packaging:)
Advance notification, free chai the first time you come in, and your own pansaari APRON. Use at home when you tackle indian recipes that call for tumeric :), or wear it when you come in for a cooking class, and feel like you are right at home in Pansaari.
Come in to SEE the store before opening. Drink chai, nibble on indian snacks, meet fellow indian foodies, meet people who will be working at Pansaari, ask me about my sources - the people who grow the food you buy at pansaari, maybe you will get to meet some of them, and talk to me about what you would like to have available at pansaari, whether it's a particular regional food, ayurveda classes, nutrition and wellness groups, types of food for particular diets, or re-sets - "re-set periods" rather than cleanses, detoxes:)
advance notification, free chai the first time you come in, and be the first to join me for cooking classes.
Once Pansaari is official, cooking classes will be slightly cheaper .... but to thank you for supporting me in my hour of need ... you get first dibs.

Just for fun ...
a recipe named for you, or someone you love who has a particular indian relish:)
This has got to be the most unusual of birthday presents!
If it is for a chutney, a healing 'khichari', a digestive supportive drink, or something else that is part of the core pansaari offerings ... then this name I have a feeling will go down in DC lore:)
For a believer of the art we seem to be losing. Slowing down, sitting down, and eating at a communal table with friends old and new.
One of the pansaari communal tables dedicated to you, or someone you love.
