Lucky's was founded in 2010 by Luciano Sibilla. Luciano opened Lucky's with the intention to bring a taste of home to Austin. Originating in South East Italy, Luciano knew that there would be no better place to share his tradition than in a city that has become the melting-pot for rich culture and diverse culinary foods.
Where it all Started!
The First Logo!
At Lucky's you can
expect your puccia baked fresh to order made with 100% organic ingredients. Sharing his authentic wood-fired Italian sandwiches is one of the many reasons
why Luciano opened the food truck. With your support, we will open our first
brick & mortar off West 5th St. We can't wait to offer you delicious Puccias & Pizza!
Lucky's has established itself as a yummy staple in Austin after serving thousands of signature puccias to happy customers with rave reviews!
Your support will allow Lucky's to put a roof over your head, out of the heat, where you can enjoy puccias, pizzas, salads, appetizers, and desserts, regardless of the unpredictable Texas weather. The freshness and quality is guaranteed to bring you back again and again for these mouth-watering treats.
Construction Has Started & We Need Your Help to Finish!
We will Finally be Serving Beer & Wine!
We will Finally be able to Serve you Pizza!
The oven in the food trailer is much too small for anything other than puccias. The trailer just can't handle adding pizzas to the menu. We're expanding to add the capacity that will come with the pizzas we can now offer. This is why we need your help!
1611 W. 5th St. Ste # 175 Austin, TX 78703
We're on T.V!
You might recognize our unique Italian sandwiches if you have caught an episode of Eat Street on The Cooking Channel. Lucky's Puccias has also appeared on the second season of TLC's, Secret Princes. Lucky's has also revealed recipes and cooking secrets on Fox7, Good Day Austin, Monday Meals.
Rewards for Helping!
We're offering aprons, bumper stickers, t-shirts, pizza parties and great monthly incentives for those that are frequent customers!
"I really appreciate anything you guys contribute to the project. Being
customers alone is all the support I could ever ask for! The rewards
offer great deals for trying my new menu in the new space. I hope you come in and try my pizza." ~ Luciano
Risks and challenges
The biggest challenge Lucky's faces is keeping the continuing quality of ingredients and food preparation flowing from kitchen to table while we expand our production. With the brick & mortar being the first time to encompass a larger menu and person capacity, we hope to keep up with the pace delivering fresh puccias & pizza in a timely manner. I'm certain that with proper planning & my enthusiasm for customers enjoying my product, we will be sure not to disappoint!Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
