Hi my name is Patrick Camut and welcome to my Kickstarter.

This Kickstarter is helping me raise $350 so I can finish building a robotic fighting table. The fighting table will compete in Table Fights 2012 at the Megan Metz Gallery in NYC.

I will be using the money raised to pay for two drive motors, three 12 volt batters, two drive wheels, belts, pulleys, wireless controller and wiring. The other material needed to finish the project will be funded by myself.
Backers who donate $1 and up will be sent a signed custom postcard with an image of the robotic table that you helped make possible.
Backers who donate $10 and up will have their names listed on the table top of the robot in a digitally cut sticker. They will also receive a signed custom postcard with an image of the finished robot.

As an art student at Indiana University of PA participating in Table Fights is always a big opportunity that allows me to show my skills in a gallery setting. In 2011 I participated in Table Fights for the first time with my Robotic Table "THE SKIN RIPPER." The night before the competition it put 8 stitches in my hand hence the name "THE SKIN RIPPER. Along with being brutal to its maker it was also a killer of the competition. Battling its way through 8 other bots to claim second place!

I believe this year with the combination of my skills and financial support of my backers the "SKIN RIPPER 2.0" can take 1st place on May 20th at Table Fights 2012!
