Looks like a wonderful experience and event. It would be great if more notice would have been given so those of us that live in other parts of the country that donated to receive the screening reward could actually "plan" to come. After almost 2 years waiting less than a months notice is not enough time to get across the country! #bummed
Can't wait to see the movie!! I wasn't able to be at the sreening 'cause I'm in France but I saw my name passing through the big screen, so I was there in fact.
Congrats to us ;) !!
Wish I could have been there! But travelling from Indiana was a little over my budget. Glad everyone had a good time!
Lots of familiar faces! Looks like everyone had a great time! I would have gone, but flying from Korea makes for an expensive night out! :)
Awesome! Can't wait to see it!
How neat! I recognize my friend in two shots and...the back of my head. XD
It was a great night, guys. <3
Had a great time and loved the film! We got there a few minutes late (thanks to Pitbull and Ke$ha destroying all traffic east of Highland) but it was well worth it. Everyone in the cast and crew should be proud; you made something special.
Now lets get some dvds :)
Loved it! Can't wait to see it again!
I sadly have to agree with Jim...after waiting so long to be involved, having such a short amount of time to plan a trip from NY was impossible.
Happy to see it was a successful evening though!
Hey everyone reading this,
I just really felt the need to stop by and drop a comment on here. This is for anyone who's worried about the wait, and/or questioning what's going on. I sent a message to the campaign voicing my concerns about the length of the wait and a few other things. I didn't really expect much more than a form letter put-off response. I was sorely mistaken. I received a personal, heartfelt, fully explanatory e-mail in my personal inbox from Dichen directly. It floored me. I was absolutely dumbfounded.
I won't go into all the details, but suffice it to say that Anton and Dichen are going to great pains to create this film. The dedication they're showing is absolutely amazing.
Basically, this longwinded diatribe is my way of saying, "Keep the faith," to anyone that's worried. A lot is going on behind the scenes, and they're giving everything they have to make this the best movie possible for all of us.
