Global documentary initiative on its first of three international journeys to film stories of those who have forgiven the unforgivable. Read more

Thanks to our Backers for the awesome start!
"First, I was a slave to those who captured me; then after I escaped, I became a slave to my anger and painful memory. After my forgiving, I became truly free. Once a leaf at the mercy of the wind, I am now a giving tree. There are millions of people like me who are yet to set themselves free; so I need your help to alleviate anger and painful memory. Please join this cause and help me spread my story." - Kilung Ung
We are overwhelmed by the generosity of our first 38 Backers of SMOOCH, whose combined donations have brought us to 13% of our goal in the first two days! Yahoooooo! We are particularly excited to see that 13 of you (we seem to have a theme here) are new to Kickstarter!!!!! Welcome!
For those who are new to Kickstarter, we wanted to make sure that you were aware that your pledge will only be realized if we reach our full goal of $10,000. So our work here is not done yet. Kickstarter is an all-or-nothing venture and we believe we can raise it all in the next 27 days!
Thank you again to all of those who have not only donated, but also spread the word through their networks. It is this additional step that will get us to our goal!
This campaign is a grassroots effort and will be made a reality when our backers and friends sing of their support from the mountaintops! So what does that mean in social media terms? We hope that you will consider posting your support in your communities, especially your online communities. Tweet it, FB status update it, LinkedIn it (is that the way to say it?), post it to the online forums that you hang out in, personally invite your friends to check it out . . . Whatever you have the energy and passion to do, we hope you will join us in spreading the word, so that we can spread the message of this important project.
Some folks don't know what to write, here's a possibility: What could you forgive? I support this inspiring international forgiveness initiative and hope you will too! http://kck.st/ISjTQu
On behalf of the entire SMOOCH team and Kilong Ung, thank you again for being the first to help launch this project into the world! We look forward to sharing this journey with you!
