Time for some Stretch Goals!
Who wants a Patio?!
The restaurant known as The Iron Range, is HERE! As the restaurant purchase and plans came together and the excitement grew about expanding into the community, we thought about what a patio could add to the overall experience.
A new venue, great food, wonderful atmosphere... the restaurant is a done deal. But picture this... sitting in the sun, drinking a cool beverage with friends, as well as enjoying a movie and a fire pit in the evenings.
You can make this a reality!
As The Iron Range is a restaurant for the community, the thought of the community being a part of what makes the patio addition a reality seems like the right direction. If this is something those who live in and visit this area want, why not make it a reality?
By partnering with us to add on the patio you can have a sense of ownership in making this happen. (As well as pick up some cool incentives by doing so!) Adding in the elements such as spacing for bikes, a movie screen for an outdoor theater and a fire pit for cooler evening dining. The patio will add an additional experience to the restaurant itself and is something that we are hopeful that you find as exciting as we do. We hope you consider being a part of this campaign. Your significant addition both large and small is appreciated and bring us closer to the goal of making this a reality for you.
Who are we?
Nick Miller and Matt Annand are no strangers to hard work or to this community. Both men started out their journey with Prairie Bay Grill in Baxter, Minnesota over a decade ago. The desire to create a philosophy of Family, Community, and Experience became a core value. They shared this value as they expanded into Sherwood Forest, as well as Lost Lake Lodge and the Mad Hugger Cafe located within the Central Lakes College. Over the past few years the search of expanding into other communities has continued. Many buildings were looked at but none seemed to be what they were looking for, until a certain building in Crosby was brought to their attention. Although skeptical, after all they had looked at so many properties, when they arrived in Crosby they knew this property was different. The location, the community, all spoke to them in a very positive way. From that first sighting, they could envision what this restaurant could be. Looking at the layout from the outside, another vision started to form… a patio for everyone to enjoy!
Let's take a look at some of those Perks!
Risks and challenges
All perks except the patio parties are taken care of and will be done on time. We are planning to have the patio completed in August, but that is dependent on the contractors. However, we will work to have it done within that time frame.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
