Festivals & Rewards

Hi All~

It has been an exciting few months for HENRi on the festival circuit. We premiered at the LA Shorts Fest on September 8th, and the film was very well received. It was so exciting to see it on the big screen with an enthusiastic audience.

We are excited to announce that HENRi has been chosen to screen as an official selection at the following festivals:

San Diego Film Festival

Napa Valley Film Festival

Maelstrom International Fantastic Film Festival

Austin Film Festival

We would love to see some backers at any of the above screenings. Check the websites for dates, times, and ticket information. We have submitted to many more festivals, and we should start to hear back over the next several months.

The rewards are very nearly ready. The hold-up has been the replication of the Blu-rays and DVDs. We went all out on these discs for you, and we’re excited to announce that both the Blu-rays and DVDs include an in-depth behind-the-scenes documentary called HENRi LIVES: The Making of HENRi. This 34 minute film chronicles the entire process of bringing HENRi to the screen, including extensive behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with the cast and crew. The documentary was produced and edited by backer Pat Thompson – many thanks to Pat for putting together this awesome companion film.

Below you can see a sneak peek of the Blu-ray packaging artwork. We should be getting these discs back from the replicator any day now, and then the rewards packages will go out. This means that if your address has changed, we need your current address to ensure you will receive your rewards. Please message us with any changes to your info. I can’t wait to share the rewards with you, and I hope to see at least a few of you on the festival circuit.

This is great news! I loved the film so much. It affects me the same way even after multiple viewings. Beautifully done.
