Jack is charming, sarcastic, and positive. He is free-spirited and makes the best out of the worst situation. The thing he holds most dear is his bike, which he believes was a sign his mom was watching over him, a year after her passing. Jane is quiet and more reserved, but kind and gentle. She has a witty sense of humor, but is cynical about the world and skeptical about anyone who tries to be close to her. These two strangers eventually find comfort in each other and show that love and companionship are the most important possessions you can own.
Risks and challenges
Hello, thank you for visiting this page. My name is Caitlin Gilbert, I am a senior at the University of Arizona's School of Theatre, Film, and Television, and it has been my goal throughout college to see my work and vision come to life in a short film. I wrote a script and assembled a crew of my friends; a group of extremely talented and passionate people who agreed to help put my dream together with no compensation, school credit, or reward. When I envisioned this story coming to life I never imagined I would also be the director. This new crew role is both challenging yet exciting. I feel like I owe it to my crew and to this story to make this film the best it can be.
That's where you come in.
The plight of the amateur filmmaker is the major expenses associated with our craft. We have narrowed our budget as low as possible, but there are still financial needs that have to be met in order for this film to become a reality. Whatever you can donate, or if you can only forward this link along to others, we are forever grateful that YOU took the time to think of us and this project.
Thank you for your help and consideration.
