After way too many Chicago winters and lots of snow shoveling, Jim McKane and his wife Marlene decided to move to Southern California. Setting up the new place included a few desktop computers and a whole lot of wires. Driving back home from one of the tedious trips to the hardware store, while complaining to his brother Bill about all the wires, Jim said, "Why doesn't somebody take that round, slit, flexible, corrugated tube that the car manufacturers use, flatten one side of it and put an adhesive strip on the flat part? That way you could stick the flexible tube wherever you want your wires to be, press your wires into the slit opening and voilà! Problem solved!". Bill said, "Well if it hasn't already been done, then you should do it". That is exactly how Omega Strip was born. Several years and a lot of hard work later, our first Omega Strip came off the line and it worked exactly like we thought it would.
It has a 3/4" base and plenty of room for all kinds of wires. From computers, automotive aftermarket stuff like speakers, boats, RVs, household appliances, computer games, home theaters, wherever your imagination (and your messy wires) take you.
We'll continue to make Omega Strip in several sizes, colors and even special shapes. There's no more need to stare at that nasty tangle of wires.

Risks and challenges
Having a production facility overseas with our own equipment that is captive to the exclusive manufacturing of Omega Strip is a huge advantage. An inevitable "shake down" period wherein we may have to deal with possible adjustments and tweak our new equipment is expected' but we have planned for it. Our plant and personnel includes a team with 20 years of providing products to big box stores. Problems with logistics/fulfillment are day to day but with decades of experience in these fields and a relatively simple product, we believe that we are equal to the task.
