    Since the proposed system did not develop for 40 years because “capturing hand motion was too technically difficult,” I set to work to show it could be done. The result was a design for an operable control console which I formalized by filing on May 10, 2014: “Provisional Patent 61/855,186, titled “Instrumentation of human arms and hands to provide signal data for programming robotic arms and hands to copy their movement.”
    This lays out in detail what I believe are the first control console plans for what will start a multi-billion industry, and thereby will have some historical value.
    A copy of this Provisional Patent will be e-mailed all contributors.
