The business model reorganization is going well. We are about 9 months into a projected 18-24 month change.
I wanted to take this opportunity to welcome aboard Rick Hershey of Fat Goblin Games. He has agreed to lend his talents to the project as our new art director. He is really stepping up the quality of our art and layout.

PREPROJECT WORK (These are items that have been started but no draft has been submitted)
- Scavenger's Guide Sourcebook
FIRST DRAFT (This is the first submission by the author for the project)

PLAY TESTING (Testing the concepts in the first draft for playability)
REDLINES (Rough edits focusing on structure and plot as well as inconsistencies or areas where clarification is needed.
-KS Tech Drawings (the draftsman is working on a dimensioning issue. He should be able to fit this into his schedule in about a month.)
- Automated Character Sheet
SECOND DRAFT (The author addresses comments and suggestions from the Redline then submit the second draft.) -KS PD Screen Booklet (Rapid Character Creation RCC, Other tidbits)
BLUELINES (Editors focus on more granular items in the draft to include spelling and punctuation.)

FINAL DRAFT (Author submits the final version of the project)

INDEXING (Index items are identified and noted on the manuscript for layout work)

PROOFING (Completed layout design is proofed for errors and omissions)
PREPRESS (Proofed files are sent to the printer, a printed copy is checked to ensure no errors are introduced in the printing process)
PRINTING (Approved proof copy of the files are released for printing to begin)
RELEASE/SHIPPING (Release day has arrived and shipping has begun. YAY!!!)
