Everyone who has responded to the survey should have received a tracking number if they haven't already got their package delivered!

What to do if you haven't got anything yet?

Double check your email for tracking information, if you don't have anything message me directly through Kickstarter.

What to do if it hasn't arrived yet?

Domestic shipping typically takes 2-3 days, so if you're in the USA you probably should have got it by now.

International shipping takes 2-3 weeks, so outside the USA some of these have started to arrive, but I don't think it's quite time to panic if you haven't got it yet. The best thing to do is keep checking the tracking information, and once it arrives in your country to check with your local post office on the status of the shipment.

What about downloads?

Next week we will email backers with the information to download the Arduventure game to their Arduboy. This will allow backers that received the hardware already to switch out games and get back to Arduventure. Backers that only pledged for the software will be able to install it on an Arduboy they already have.

Reply to that survey!

If you haven't already, please reply to the survey with your shipping information! Due to the limited edition nature of this campaign we will only be able to fulfill orders until the end of April.

Thank you!

The only thing left to do is send out download codes and ship to a few dozen stragglers. That's it! What an awesome campaign everyone! This went much smoother than the last Kickstarter, so that's good news! If we do it again we will be sure to let you know, thanks so much for backing and making this possible!

The regular Arduboys were opened in order to be reprogrammed with Arduventure which meant we had to cut the seals. The upside down thing is because the factory that puts the scratch resistant stickers didn't talk to the factory that makes the packaging... That's ok as long as it reaches you safely!

I received mine yesterday. Is it expected that the sticker seals on the box would be all cut, the interior flap bent, and the device itself flipped upside down? It appears someone else had already opened it before I got it in the sealed shipping bag.
