Not much further! What's for dinner?
As we post this update, we have just $999 left until our goal! The project ends at midnight Friday, the 13th. We are getting close! OMG!
At long last, we are revealing the Celebratory Wrap Dinner menu:
Snacks: Spiced Nuts, Warm Olives, Bread, Cheese Selections
Dinner: Morrocan-Spiced Chicken with Preserved Lemon and Olives
Filo with Swiss Chard, Walnuts, Feta, and Mushrooms
Chickpea and Arugula Salad with Smoked Paprika Vinaigrette
Greens Salad with Candied Pepitas, Feta, and Pickled Shallots
Fried Ginger Rice
~and~ a Mystery Vengeance Dish, Served Cold
Dessert: Almond Cake with Ice Cream and Peaches in Rose Syrup
And of course: Champagne!

The roses in the dessert come all the way from the ancient Silk Road oasis, Kashgar. Aren’t they beautiful?
