Hi everyone, this is Lisa's friend Kaylee. We finally found the password to Lisa's Kickstarter account, so I just posted an update. Please read it, if you haven't yet.

Lisa has now been missing for a year and a half. Praying we will someday learn what happened, so her family can have peace.

Lisa, if you're reading this, I’m sorry that for whatever reason you couldn’t get your film made, but can you at least give us an update?

I see nobody's commented since my last comment... :( I’m starting to think Lisa is faking this whole disappearance.

    9. emily nathan on

      Any news on the film?

Hi everyone, I'm Lisa's friend (and a fellow backer). If anyone has any information about what might have happened, please post it here. We are all hoping she's all right, but are understandably very worried.

Don’t worry Ash. Peter and I will protect you from any critters in the woods. Ha ha.

Thank you Talia. I don't know you, but I appreciate your kind words. It was a tough decision to make.

So glad you decided to focus the film on James's search for answers about his sister. When I first contributed to this campaign, I wanted to support your film no matter what shape it took, but I think this is the right direction. You won't be sorry. It’s a fascinating case that has interested me for many years.

I promise you, Peter, I will do right by James and tell his story the way he wants it to be told. And I agree - he's a great guy!

    21. Peter Jones on

James is a great guy and his story must be told. Hoping the film will be true to him and not something exploitive.

Lisa, I don't know you, but the concept behind your film really touched my heart. I was happy to contribute. Best of luck.
