About this project
Learning to live gluten free goes beyond diagnosis. Health experts should teach the effects that gluten has on the human body and how to prevent cross contamination. Creating the New Grains Gluten-Free Culinary Institute will expand knowledge, education, understanding and offer hands on training to the future chefs of America.
The effects of eating food with gluten can be devastating!
A person with sensitivity to gluten can experience an autoimmune response within only minutes of ingesting food that that was improperly prepared. Health experts at the new Institute will educate students, executive chefs, restaurant staff, and the general public on how to create delicious gluten free cuisine.
We receive countless emails every month asking for help, recipes and tips on how to eat and live gluten free.
Without your involvement it may take years instead of months to complete the first culinary program in the nation dedicated entirely to gluten free education and training.People around the country have been waiting for a training facility like this to open, but nobody else has the same level of experience and expertise to run the Institute like our staff. Only 3,000 more square feet can make the difference in so many lives!
Time to get excited and involved!
Our staff hopes you share our enthusiasm for raising the roof on the excitement and reward of completing this exclusively gluten free training Institute! Now is the time and this is the place to make a difference.

Risks and challenges
We are blessed to have the support of several experienced and licensed contractors to help with the build-out of our new training Institute, but there is always a risk that the work may take longer to complete than anticipated. If setbacks do arise, New Grains will still be able to fulfill most of the rewards benefits in the timely manner described and maintain regular communication with all supporters of our progress along the way.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
