I would like to see this work reach bookstores and libraries. While I do see CreateSpace as being a good service to use if you are interested in selling on Amazon, I wouldn't rely on them totally if I used them at all.
According to Amy Collins of New Shelves Distribution:
"Create Space’s “Extended Distribution” is only fully available to those books using a Create Space ISBN (you will lose the impact of your brand and the benefits of a professionally published looking book if you have a book “published” by Create Space.)"
"Even if you book has extended distribution and CAN be bought by bookstores, it most likely WON’T. Bookstores do not relish the idea of giving their biggest competitor money."
"Lightning Source allows your book the chance to be ordered in many countries overseas that Create Space does not."

I have used Amazon.com for my eBook Grow it Kinky and I really pay attention to the fine print. I know that if you choose the option of having them promote something more in their KDP program for instance you lose the ability to sell your product anywhere else online.
Which is NOT the case with CreateSpace, but it is just an example of how control can be lost when you enter into such agreements. So their claim of being "free" comes at a price. I think this book should be available in libraries, bookstores, and I would like to self publish under my company name, not CreateSpace.
