Hi, my name is JJ Perez and I am currently in production on my new film Beneath. As of now, I am my own producer and I’m having to fully fund this project. Making a film on your own isn’t easy nor cheap. This film is projected to cost me anywhere from $3,000-$3,500! With that said I am starting this Kickstarter Campaign for anyone who’s willing to give a few bucks. Anything helps, and heck you actually get rewards when the movie is complete. Film Synopsis: When a group of cavern tour guides hear about a murder that took place in the cave by a group of cultists, they set off on a journey to find out if the legend is fact or fake.
Risks and challenges
Making Beneath will no doubt be a challenge. We are working on a very small time frame, on a film that's gonna take a lot time. With the cast & crew currently not getting paid for their roles on the film, they have no choice but to continue to work their everyday jobs. Therefore, filming days are much more difficult to set. Although, with the help of kickstarter, we can solve some of those issues. No matter how many challenges we face on this film, we have all agreed to accept those challenges and do whatever it takes to get this film completed.
