Matthew, George, and Don -- I'm sorry to say that due to the limited print of The Leader's Guide, we're not able to provide or sell additional copies at this point. Gehad and Nic -- keep an eye out for the audiobook early next year. Eric's been totally focused on The Startup Way manuscript lately but is looking forward to recording The Leader's Guide audiobook after the new book's publication in October. - Laura

  I just went looking for my ebook. Found it. Folks should look for an email in their "All mail" or spam folder from Powered By Zola no-reply@poweredbyzola.com. Google (Gmail) had auto filtered it out of my inbox.

  @Eric - really like the approach to this book via Kickstarter and the content of the book itself. However, I want to let you know page 203/204 is missing steps 1 and 2 in the "interest funnel" example.

  Hey everyone, Eric here. We are aware of the problems and are working with Pivotal to fix them ASAP. For now, you can use "TLG" as your backer code as a workaround.

  I have backed the project at the Kickstarter Creator Special level and haven't received anything. I have sent a few emails inquiring about this but haven't received a response. Can somebody please help?

  On March 24, 2015, I contributed to this kickstarter, with an expectation to receive a two-pack of books in December of 2015.
  
  412 days later (and 130 days beyond December), I have not yet received a single book. This is also after telling me for $1 more I could upgrade to a higher reward level, and then changing the rules after I went ahead and upped my contribution by that $1. Not that I care about the $1 or even the $40 for that matter, but this is easily the latest and worst Kickstarter experience I've had to date. Ironically, it's for a book called "The Leader's Guide." A leader would not have overcommitted to this extent to so many people. And then, not even done anything to try to make up for it.
  
  I'm annoyed, disappointed, and most importantly, your reputation has been tarnished in my eyes. This is not the way to treat people who have contributed to your successes. It's shocking to me that I have modeled so many of my processes after your methods, and I feel pretty scammed.
  
  I'm truly disappointed. Everyone should get their money back.

  I figured out how to log in to Zola separately, and found the book there. It was difficult, because I had to send multiple password reset requests in order to get any emails. The book was in there.
