Would you suffer the indignities of a drawn-out, terminal illness if there was an attractive alternative?
This story examines how the protagonist Mark uses his wealth to help create a euthanasia roller coaster. A roller coaster so powerful, it causes cerebral hypoxia, thus suffocating your brain ensuring a euphoric death.
The film explores the idea of controlling destiny and rewriting the rules of euthanasia which deem our protagonist almost God-like.
Mark has built a world for himself as a cut-throat professional. A person who relies dearly on his career, but most importantly on the power his career gives him.
The story explores the stratospheric heights of a somewhat deluded man. A man full of insecurity which money hides.
Mark is somebody that secretly thinks he will live forever, so the implied discovery of a serious disease completely devastates him.
Euthanasia is derived from the Greek word euthanatos meaning "Good Death". Will this be a "good death" of euphoric elegance for Mark or will the buried past catch up with him before the ride is over?

Wrap it up Glenn, I have stuff to do...
What makes this potential film interesting is the idea of creating a character on screen that is truly loathsome. Teaming that with financial power to help build a euthanasia roller coaster, creates a new choice of death in the euthanasia debate.
This story manipulates the very idea of euthanasia, almost turning it on its head and waving goodbye to the traditional means of death. Mark wants to go out with a bang and not fade away unnoticed. It suggests that money can truly buy your wildest dreams and the idea of a euthanasia roller coaster may eventually happen in the not so distant future.
The saying that "money doesn't buy you happiness" is very true. But, money gives you choices. This film examines how these choices impact how the world sees you and in turn, how Mark sees himself.
Risks and challenges
As a TV Producer, I work with the unpredictable and challenging factors that come with filming. It's exciting and makes the process a more fulfilling one.
I've assembled the best team possible and I've made contingency plans. It's impossible to guarantee everything will come together exactly as planned, but in the end, we will have created a film that hopefully all of us can be proud of.
It's a great journey, and I thank you in advance if you can help make this ride possible.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
