@Gamestick, while you made a mistake, the *appropriate* response from the offended party would be to politely ask you to fix the video -- not jump to getting Kickstarter involved.
I've replaced one of them, and it looks like you're reached your $320k mark, I am going for one of each color, now do I get to decide which one pairs as No.1 with the GameStick?
Hope to see some press going into this weekend, CES is just overwhelming news outlets, I think they need some fresh news about your first stretch goal being met.
Wish everyone on this project, and the backers, all the best.
@ Scott - well hello there Scott! We would never say - we love games and it was our mistake, so we have no hard feelings. Was an adrenalin-fuelled end to the day though! Thanks for sticking around! I think we're up 180 or so pledges so no harm done!
Great news! We are almot to get tha black one... (I want that color!) Now I hope for the MicroSD slot! ;)
Long live to the game stick... Nice to see the problem was just the game licence in the video. It's a new proof that we have to verify that all is clear when we publish a video online.
I want TWO of the $89 pledge, how do I do that? Do I select it then pledge $178 instead? Thanks.
If possible, could you tell us which game it is? I don't want to accidentally give money to an IP troll. I need to know which vendors to stay away from.
Although it is nice to see Kickstarter taking action -- they are still letting the Zion Eyez scam run. It's now been over a year and a half since the creators ran off with our money, and no status updates to show for it.
Should we play the guessing game of which game was upset? Was it Smash Cops? Surprised whatever game dev it was wouldn't want the extra exposure that would possibly give it more exposure and help it sell more?
Regardless happy the project it back on track!
will do my part to tweet out to more people to pledge and cover the two that y'all lost!
Great to see it back up!
Another example of whatʻs wrong with the DMCA! Why shutdown your pledge campaign and suggest to backers that we should back out?!?! This was clearly an oversight in presentation and not a conflict in intellectual property!! This was a mistake on the part of Kickstarter! :(
Glad to see I won't suffer a premature death if my wife found out she wasn't going to get this!
Don't forget to cross the 'T,s' and Dot the i ..... lol
Happy to see you again :-)
Glad to have ya back :)
