@ John re: Windows Phone 8 support for companion app - theoretically it should work - it runs fine on a windows PC but we don't have a Windows phone to test on! Once we find one, we will update.

With regards to windows phone love, surely it has to be worth the developers time and from mobile o/s market windows phone is pretty small
