If you could let me know the status of this I would greatly appreciate it.
I have to second Patrick McAlpines comment below. If you still have unresolved issues, give them one more try at email@example.com. The email response, by Joe, was quick and the items he promised to ship showed up.
Love the game, Nathan. Took me a few plays to kind of understand how it all works, but it's definitely gonna be in my collection for a long while. Thanks for the reprint, it's awesome!

After months of waiting and back and forth emails, I've finally received all of my missing parts. To anybody who is having trouble still I highly recommend contacting firstname.lastname@example.org, they have a new guy working their communication and he has been very helpful and responsive to me.

I feel that I have found a solution to your problems with shipping! It seems that many of the game stores in my area now carry copies of Tammany Hall. How about you arrange to have people who have not yet received their copies of the game pick them up from the nearest game store that carries it?
I will take a lack of response to mean that you find this idea agreeable and have decided to put it into action. I anxiously await notification of when I will be able to obtain the copy of the game that I have paid for.
Part of the problem people are having with kickstarter campaigns is communication and resolving issues when they come up. While your mass communication has been good your communication one on one is lacking. I know that you get a lot of messages but honestly, I have sent now eight messages about damaged parts for my tammany halll game beginning in February to August. Please respond to my messages and resolve my issue so I don't have to keep dealing with this issue.
I have not received all of the missing components to my game, I have sent emails that have gone unanswered for nearly two months. The last email I received is similar to Paul's quote below, but at least I have a playable game.
While you will probably never see your copy of the game, nor your money, you really ought to contact Kickstarter and let them know. Nathan seems to be obsessed with the notion of "faith-based logistics" - i.e. "I sent your game on... and then I sent another copy on... but no, I don't have an invoice to prove my actions"
Hopefully if they (Kickstarter) become aware of Pandasaurus' conduct (and the extent of it), then they might limit how much Pandasaurus can exploit backers in the future.
I still have not received my copy of the game. Communication with you guys is very poor. I sent extra cash via Paypal weeks ago and still no response. Could you please send me my copy of the game already as this is beyond ridiculous.
I think at this point, a refund would probably be more cost effective than sending yet another copy of the game. (If that is in fact what you have been doing).

I have not received my upgrade kit and boss meeples either. The amount of communication or action is very lacking.
All in all, I just want what I paid for.
Don't like to post a general comment either but as I didn't receive a response anymore on a direct reply I sent to their email address nor on a Kickstarter message, I hope nobody gives me the Evil Stare for posting this here : "Nathan, could you keep me updated please on the issue of those orange blocks? Were they sent out after all or should I just find some replacement parts myself?"
Nathan has contacted me. I believe the issue to be amicably resolved.
This post constitutes the 7th notification that I still have not received my backed copy Tammany Hall here in Miami. It has been over 4 months since the US domestic orders shipped, 7 weeks since I was told a replacement copy was shipped, and 6 weeks since my last (and only) response from you or your company. Due to the lack of communication I am reluctantly posting this notification on BGG and KS for maximum visibility in the hopes that at least one of these sources will catch your attention and elicit a response.
At this late date either the game or a refund would be an acceptable solution. Please respond so that we can conclude this transaction.

I have the same question as engber, has any one actually received the upgrade kit?
According to what they say, I have been shipped a kit 3 times, and I don't believe either that it could have been lost in the mail 3 times. Defiantly a full filament problem on their end.
The one thing I really can't believe though is after this fiasco and still not being done with their other kick starters they have gone and launched another kick starter.
Normally I am understanding of when game companies are late because of printing issues, but this goes way beyond that this is them having the product and not delivering it and repeatedly lying to their backers.
I hate doing this in a public forum but still no game here in Miami. This post constitutes the 6th notice I have provided (the other 5 via email). My 4th reminder did get a response saying a replacement package was shipped, however, that was now over 6 weeks ago. I have double checked my survey response and the information is correct.
For those of you who have not received your copies of the game or the other bits you were promised and did not receive, Kickstarter NEEDS to know about Pandasaurus' unwillingness to keep it's followers informed of developments with regard to shipping the game as well their utter disregard for the legally binding contract that it entered into when it accepted the funds from those who backed their project.
Dishonest developers such as this act to the detriment of an otherwise exciting and wonderfully unique system.
I still have not received my game. Could you please get back to me? I was told I needed to add some $$ for int'l shipping tried sending money but no instructions were given of where and how to send. I am still awaiting response.
I'll ask again. Has anyone actually received the decals for the upgrade kit? I have yet to receive them. I was told they were re-shipped to me over a month ago. It's hard to believe they were lost in the mail twice. I assume there must be some problem with whoever is fulfilling shipping.
I did receive the other parts of the upgrade kit - just not the decals. I Haven't gotten any replies to my last couple of emails.
Sent a message 3 months ago regarding my missing extras. Still heard or received nothing. Sending another message today in hopes I get a response at least =(
Wow no game yet? That sucks. I thought they'd at least have the games out by now. Although I wound not rely on their e-mails telling you anything. I have been sent 3 e-mails assuring me my upgrade kit went out or they had sent out another kit since I hadn't gotten it. Generally about once a month. I think the kit is a myth at this point.
It was nice to hear back from you, but I still haven't received any conformation with regards to whether or not my copy of the game has shipped.

Just a quick update:
I still have not received any extras or replacements from Nathan/Pandasaurus even though after he refunded my money he said he was still 'confident' that I would be getting my extras and replacement parts because they were sent.
Instead, someone who followed my threads on BGG offered, and followed through, on sending me replacement parts for my damaged and missing pieces out of his own personal copy. I don't know that he would want me to share his identity, but it was very appreciated and did a lot to repair the 'meh' attitude that Pandasaurus gave me toward this game.
I still have no faith that Nathan was being honest about if, when, or how many times he sent my extras/replacements, and based on the interactions with Pandasaurus I will not purchase any game produced by them in the future.
Still waiting to receive my extra boss meeples and the extra set of stickers that I ordered for the game. Thanks!

Great game - I received my first copy after some delay, but I am still waiting on my second copy ($110.00 pledge level). I've been in touch with Nathan, but there is still no sign of it. It was meant to be a gift, then a prize, now I think I'll just sell it when it finally arrives...
The copy that I do have has provided lots of fun, though!
Please respond. I have heard nothing with regards to the shipment of my copy of the game (and rewards commensurate with the $55 level). If I do not receive confirmation of shipment soon, I will have no choice but to open a dispute with paypal so as to resolve this.
My preference is the former.
I paid for an upgrade kit and a few extras. I would like to receive them.
I'm happy to report that after a bit of an effort, Pandasaurus games had decided to refund the extras/upgrade kit through PayPal. In the end, I guess it was easier to refund than provide the product. I will write off the damaged and missing pieces as a learning experience. Best of luck to the rest of you backers and I hope that Nathan's experience with me will motivate him to come through on the rest of your backing/purchases.
Please respond. I still have received nothing in the way of the extras which I pledge $68 dollars through PayPal for. I have started a dispute of the $68 dollar transaction with PayPal. I would prefer to receive my purchase, but if that doesn't happen I don't want to just give you money for services/goods not rendered.
Has anyone received the decals for the upgrade kit? Apparently they were shipped separately and I have yet to get them. I'm skeptical that they shipped at the same since it has been 3+ weeks.
I do get responses to some of my emails and I have received replacement parts. The replacements for the damaged parts in the original game arrived in my upgrade kit. The replacement for the damaged part in the upgrade kit arrived in its own shipment.
Since I have yet to receive the extras I paid for, not to mention the damaged parts from the games I actually did receive, I've opened a dispute with PayPal to receive a refund on the extras ($68). I would suggest others do the same unless they have some assurance that their shipments were mailed (tracking numbers would be nice). I did receive the actual games which just showed up on my doorstep without notice. However, the extras were not included as I was told they would be if we paid in time (6 months ago). I was told they were shipped once but there were no tracking numbers to verify shipments. I was told they were going to immediately ship my extras and damaged parts again, but that was over a week ago and still no receipt and no tracking numbers and no email responses. I am next going to open a dispute with the credit card company and use the wealth of problems here and at BGG to get my refund.
I have still not received my copy, sent email last week. No response, yet.
Despite attempting to contact Pandasaurus multiple times over the past few months, I am yet to receive a response. Please guys, get your act together. What's happening?
Update 54 from March 14th said that all upgrade kits and damaged and missing components went out that day. 3 weeks later and I haven't received my 8 upgrades or my damaged pieces. I've sent numerous emails with no response. Please respond. Give me a tracking number. Refund my money. Do something. Is this a second honeymoon I'm not aware of?
My copy just arrived in Toronto yesterday. I pledged for two but just the one arrived...Game looks fantastic! Very high-quality components, board and box. Love the draw bag.

I didn't fill out the shipping invoices, but the shipping amount is probably close to correct.
I got my package from customs. I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this before, but the value on the invoice was $2.12 and +$45 for shipping. No wonder customs found this to be unbelievable.

Still waiting on replacement for damaged components and on the extras I paid for. It sure would be nice to get a tracking number or confirmation that our shipments went out, instead of a blanket statement that everything was shipped.

I received my upgrade kit today, but I didn't find any stickers in it. Is this normal? I had assumed the upgrade kit came with all stretch rewards.

update to my situation. Credit where credit's due - Pandasaurus Games responded very quickly to my issue about wrong name on the delivery and after they sent e-mail to my post office explaining the situation about the mix-up of names I was able to claim my game from the post office.
So, for me problem solved.
