ALL the notebooks in the collection are designed:
- To keep your Meeting Notes in one place;
- To help you prepare for each meeting by keeping details of the Agenda for each meeting;
- To remid you to note down Any Other Business;
- To help you keep concise relevant notes;
- To convert your notes into action points; and
- To help plan and do your action points with the help of a to do list and a calendar.
Some examples are shown below:
The different Meeting Notebooks in the collection have similar contents but vary depending on the FUNCTION of each notebook or how regularly you have a particular set of meetings.
- ·Basic Meeting Notebooks
The notebook includes the basic layout including a calendar, meeting preparation and agenda pages, meeting notes pages, and meeting follow up pages.
- ·2015 Dated Notebooks
Because some people prefer the dated versions of the notebook – I have included a limited number of printed Basic Meeting Notebooks with a 2015 dated calendar. This option can also be chosen as a PDF download.
- ·Weekly Meetings
This design is suitable for weekly informal catch up meetings with your team or your client. Where you have regular face to face time and there is not the same need for detailed meeting analysis, this notebook allows you to quickly note down things you need to discuss and action points.
- ·Monthly Meetings
Same as the basic Meetings Notebook this design is suitable for monthly meetings but has a stylistic difference and has the calendar spread throughout the notebook so you don’t have to keep referring back to the front of the notebook. This means that your notebook progresses as you do.
- Project / Team Meetings
If you want to keep all your meetings for a particular project in one place. This is the perfect design. In addition to the basic meeting notebook pages this design includes space for Project Timeframes/Deadlines, Time Management Pages and Team Members Details.
- Networking Meetings
If you are always attending working lunches, networking or training events or professional organisation meetings this notebook details contacts and follow-up actions and is not just for you to note down what happened at each meeting.
- ·Career Development Meetings
This design is suitable for your 1:1 meetings and your appraisals with your boss with added goal-setting pages, progress tracking and feedback pages.
- ·Committee Meetings
Notebooks are not always about work, for those of you organise or run a club, society or committee and have meetings with other members. This notebook has the extra feature of extra notes pages and contact details pages to keep all your information in one place.

Risks and challenges
The biggest risk with any Kickstarter involving a physical item is manufacturing and shipping.
I want you to have this notebook to start off 2015, so you can kick off the new year with confidence. The biggest risk, then, is that your notebook might be late. I hope to do the early bird editions for January 2015. I would also love to get all the physical products out to you in January/early February and will do everything I can to ensure the notebooks are delivered to you as soon as possible.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
