Our Alice in Wonderland chocolate bar is inspired by the famous scene in which Alice comes across The Queen of Hearts' playing cards painting the white roses red. According to the playing cards, the Queen hates white roses and so, to avoid her wrath, they are trying to fix their mistake. Our chocolate bar features both white and red candied rose petals to represent both the playing cards and the painted roses.
Our Monte Cristo chocolate bar is inspired by a memorable scene in which Mercédès offers the Count Muscat grapes. After escaping wrongful imprisonment, the Count arrives in Paris to discover his former lover Mercédès has married his rival Fernand, now Count de Morcerf. The Count is invited to a ball at the Morcerf's and encounters Mercédès there. She escorts him to the greenhouse and offers the grapes as a token of eternal friendship. The Count refuses the grapes and tells her that such friendships are rare. Our chocolate bar features both the Muscat raisins of eternal friendship and a dark chocolate that is rich and complex like the Count.
Our Sherlock Holmes chocolate bar is inspired by the ever-present tea shared by Holmes and Watson. In "The Adventure of the Beryl Coronet," Holmes returns to 221B Baker Street as Watson finishes his tea. Holmes helps himself to his own cup as they discuss the details of the case. In "His Last Bow," Holmes retires to the countryside and takes up beekeeping. Our chocolate bar features both the tea of Holmes and Watson's companionship and the honey of Holmes' retirement.
If we reach $4,500, we will create a JANE EYRE chocolate bar.
Our Jane Eyre chocolate bar is inspired by Jane's flight from Thornfield Hall. After Mr. Rochester's attempt to marry Jane fails, she leaves with what little money she has saved, unsure of where she is going. When her money runs out, she finds bilberries (akin to blueberries) in the heath and makes a meal of them. Our chocolate bar contains the bilberries that represent Jane's resilience and her strength.
If we reach $5,000, we will create a CHRISTMAS CAROL chocolate bar.
Our A Christmas Carol chocolate bar is inspired by the scene in which Ebenezer Scrooge discovers the Ghost of Christmas Present in the room adjoining his bedchamber. The ghost transforms the room with an extravagant feast -- mountains of meat, fruit, and sweets. Our chocolate bar contains the "red-hot chestnuts" and "luscious pears" of this lavish meal.

Risks and challenges
This is my third major Kickstarter project, so I’ve learned a lot about how to run a efficient campaign. My previous projects were both successful, so I believe this one will be too.
Since this project is very straight forward, the risks and challenges are quite minimal. To avoid any obstacles, I have organized and scheduled everything in advanced to make sure manufacturing runs smoothly.
I am working very closely with Birmingham Chocolate to ensure that the quality of the finished product is 100%. Plus, I am incredibly prompt and organized, and will be able to deliver your rewards in a timely manner.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
