ProSqueeze is an innovative new self-massage tool that quickly melts tension in the arms, legs, hands and feet.
Releasing tension is about to get a lot easier. ProSqueeze lets you release tension while relaxing and recovering. Use it at work, after exercise or on the couch while watching TV.
Modern life requires repetitive movements that create tension. When not effectively released, tension can cause injuries that can prevent you from staying active, earning a living and enjoying your life.
ProSqueeze works by generating sustained squeezing pressure that softens overworked muscles and melts tight connective tissues.
Melting your tension is easy:
All the benefits of your own in-home deep tissue massage anytime you need it.
LET'S GET TECHNICAL:
ProSqueeze emulates the "pin and stretch" massage technique. To perform pin and stretch, the massage therapist places a "pin" (usually a thumb or elbow) into the belly of the muscle and has the client make a movement (e.g. flex/extend the wrist) away from the pin to create the stretch. The pin keeps the stretch from spreading throughout the rest of the muscle, which concentrates the release to the precise regions of the muscle that are tight. This results in a more efficient and more powerful release than stretching or massaging the full length of the muscle.
Here is a great article about pin and stretch technique from the March/April 2017 issue of Massage & Bodywork Magazine - https://www.abmp.com/textonlymags/article.php?article=1661
With ProSqueeze, releasing arm and leg tension is easy. It only takes 10 minutes a day to stop the daily stress and tension of your job, sport or hobby from building up.
Releasing tension doesn't have to be a workout. Unlike foam rollers and massage balls, ProSqueeze allows you to release stress and tension while relaxing and recovering.
Don't just take our word for it...
I have been a professional bodyworker in San Francisco for more than 14 years and I used to have tight forearms, painful wrists and aching hands that nearly ended my career.
I have tried dozens of tools and techniques to reduce my arm and hand tension including paying for expensive massages, using a plethora of massage tools, inventing a barefoot technique, dunking my hands in ice water and eventually taking sabbaticals from bodywork. Some of these helped, but I never found a self-massage tool that worked the way I wanted it to and that is why I started developing ProSqueeze.
What I wanted from a tool was the ability to create deep, targeted pressure as though someone were stepping on my arms and hands. I also wanted the ability to focus the pressure exactly where I wanted it and keep it as long as I wanted.
After two years of engineering and prototyping, I developed ProSqueeze. Now I can release my arm and hand tension without having to hire a massage therapist or exert a lot of energy doing self-massage. I can sit on my couch, apply ProSqueeze on my arm and feel my tension melt away at the end of the day. And, it releases my leg tension after a run.
ProSqueeze has helped me continue working and doing what I love and I'm confident it can help you do the same.

Recovery should be easy and with ProSqueeze, you won't build up more tension while you are releasing your tension.
Most people don't want to work very hard at the end of the day. ProSqueeze lets you release tension passively so you can save your energy for when it's really necessary.
Here's where ProSqueeze works:
Ever wished your massage therapist would stay longer on those tight spots where you hold tension the most?
ProSqueeze gives you the power to release your own tension exactly how you need it.
- Put it exactly where you need it
- Find the perfect amount of pressure
- Keep it as long as you want
- It does the work for you
- It feels great!
Here's what some of our beta-testers had to say:
Our engineers worked hard to optimize the design so ProSqueeze would be lightweight, the foam would be the perfect density, the lever would be easy to squeeze and it would feel great in your hand.
Length: 18.5 inches
Height: 7 inches
Weight: 1.2 lbs
Max Squeeze Width: 6.5 inches
Max Squeeze Pressure: 40 lbs
Getting regular massage is great if you can afford it, but it gets expensive. Foam rollers and massage balls require you to exert energy to create the pressure and they can't target as precisely as ProSqueeze can.
How often should I use it?
Start with 5-10 minutes a day and increase gradually as your body gets used to the pressure. Our bodies are all different, so listening to what your body needs is best.
Is the lever easy to squeeze?
Yes. We designed the lever to be very easy to squeeze so you won't buildup more tension in your arms or hands while using it.
Do I have to keep squeezing the lever to hold the pressure?
No. The pressure holds until you pull the quick-release lever, so there's no need to keep squeezing the lever once you find the perfect amount of pressure.
Is it painful?
We don't recommend hurting yourself. You control the pressure, so you can use the exact amount of pressure that feels good to you. We are big fans of "productive intensity" but if you are wincing or bracing while using it or feeling sore afterwards, you are using too much pressure.
Can I use it on my back/neck/shoulders?
No. ProSqueeze is intended for arms, legs, hands and feet.
Will it fit around my thigh?
We have designed ProSqueeze to fit the majority of leg sizes. To find out if it will fit you, take a flexible vinyl tape measure and wrap it around your thigh midway between your knee and your hip. If the circumference of your thigh is 22 inches or less, ProSqueeze will fit you. Be in touch with us if you want a ProSqueeze but it won't fit around your thigh. If we receive enough requests, we will consider making a longer bar to accommodate larger leg sizes.

Risks and challenges
We have completed two years of design, engineering and testing and have developed a fully functioning 3D printed prototype that has exceeded our expectations for weight, strength and ease of use. We need to raise $25,000 to cover tooling costs and minimum order quantity.
We have negotiated with several manufacturers in Taiwan and have assurances that our manufacturers can meet our deadlines, but delays are always possible. We will communicate updates clearly and promptly should any challenges or delays be encountered along the way.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
