Fullaloves Wines came from humble beginnings and started up on a shoe string back in 2013 in Ribchester, and with help from friends family and lots of loyal customers (who also became friends) we were able to take the plunge in a larger more urban location. We're keeping to our roots and popular events including the Tapas & Wine nights...
We have found what we think is a most fabulous premises, full of character and historically important in our small town. No expense has been spared attempting to restore preserve its historical character, for example; restoring the second level mezzanine which evidence of its existence during its use as an industrial stables is still visible.
We want to make our new premises the best we can whilst still working within a tight budget. We are close to having utilised all of our personal and private funding close to £25k, Yet we'd love to bring such a unique facility to Longridge which we have seen so popular and engaging in helping drive the social trade to neighbouring Lancashire towns such as Whalley, Garstang and Lytham; a Wine Dispensing Machine...
An installation like this will allow us more readily to offer you the possibility of "try before you buy" wine you may not previously have approached given either its obscurity or of course its price tag. It will give you the opportunity to sample what an expensive Bordeaux would taste like without having to fork out for the whole bottle, especially if it happened you didn't then like it!
How they work is simple, we give you a card which can be pre-loaded with credit, of which the machine will scan in exchange for a measures of of your choice from a shot to a glass of any of the wines available. We are aiming to have 8 wines in the machine, 4 Red & 4 white/Rosé at any one time, which we will rotate on a regular basis to constantly let you try new things. Otherwise to its ideal serving temperature control; the secret is its ability to maintain a wine's freshness for up to a month, therefore almost eliminating wastage especially for such premium or lesser known wines that would otherwise be disposed of (or otherwise consumed by us...have we thought this through properly??)
These are of course a costly addition which is where you come in! Help us fund a machine like this so we can better help you find a wine you love!
