About

An Austin company is now producing food-grade crickets, so I'll attempt to come up with the best cricket tortillas money can buy.

With 'em we'll be able to make quesadillas (cricketdillas), nachos (crachos?)... the sky is the limit.

If funding gets beyond $1k, I'll take a trip to visit my grandma down in Mexico to get some help from the tortilla master.

Risks and challenges

My extensive experience eating and making tortillas leads me to think these cricketillas run the risk of not holding together, turning into tostadas when you cook them, or being straight up disgusting.

    Half-pound of cricketillas

Apparently cricket flour sells for between $20-30/lb so buy a pound's worth of it, and you get half pound of cricketillas sent to you (the other half pound goes to science).
