We’re all about spreading positivity and good health.
It’s crazy how a small thing like a smile can be so infectious, and how a simple smile can mean the world to somebody else. Try it yourself- Go give someone a smile, a “how are you?” or even a text message to say that they’re awesome. Only good things can come of it.
Small acts of kindness are easy to give out, and can mean the world to the receiver.
Since starting our journey back in January, our vision has grown beyond what we could have ever anticipated. We want to put a smile on as many people’s faces as we can, all whilst encouraging healthy habits, getting out and exploring, and looking out for others in the community.
Join us as we explore some of the best-kept parks, nature reserves and dog walking spots that we can find, right here in Wales. Learn about local community projects, and discover the history that surrounds your local parks.
We’re all about spreading positivity and good health, and our Walk of the Week series is just that!
Walk of the Week takes us to some of the best and sometimes hidden walks, parks, lakes, forests - the lot.
Oh, and we’ll be bringing our crazy beagle, Marley.
We want to explore (and showcase) everywhere. Really! Our journey has already started in Cardiff (our home town), and we want to take it all over the country, celebrating the places we visit and the people we meet.
Do you know of an amazing walk that we just need to film? Let us know about it- we’d love to meet up, hear your story, and maybe even shoot an episode with you!
Along with our weekly episodes, you can follow our blog to find out everything there is to know about each location we visit.
Finally, and this is probably the best part- we’ve been in touch with all of the local community’s that care for the parks we’ve visited, as well as the volunteers that are busy helping in other local projects, and they’ve welcomed us with open arms! We never expected such a huge response, and it makes what we’re doing so much better!
This year has been bonkers for us.
We started making videos back in January simply as a means to record our journey. Our vision has grown by the day, and we truly believe in what we do.
The light bulb moment was back in July. Having discovered some great walks right on our doorstep (check out our first episode!), we wondered how many other people simply didn't know these places even existed.
We had a search on YouTube, and really couldn’t find anything at all. Not like we’d envisioned it anyway, so we grabbed our cameras and set out.
When we started this project, it wasn’t half of what it has become today, and it’s still growing…
The feedback we’ve had from local communities has given our dream a much greater purpose. We’ve found that our small acts of kindness seem to have a multiplied effect on the people and places we visit.
Did we mention that we’re all about spreading good vibes?
We’ve already released 7 episodes, and we have a couple more already filmed, just in case- well, in case our drone falls out of the sky and into a lake…
Please take a moment to watch some of our episodes to see what we’re all about. We post a new episode every Sunday.

Back in January this year, we started Pre7tySimple to help as many people as we can live a healthy and happy lifestyle.
We’ve both worked in the fitness industry, and have managed to cut down all of the mumbo jumbo that surrounds weight loss into what we call the Pre7tySimple Principles (there’s seven of them, if you hadn’t guessed already!).
To give you an idea, the first principle is all about choosing to embark on a healthier lifestyle, rather than “going on another diet”. Super simple stuff, but completely missed by so many people.
Since then, we’ve packed everything we’ve done into an all-in-one, downloadable Healthy Habits Bundle. It’s got everything you’d need to get started, including a super handy workbook for your phone, our Pre7tySimple Principles handbook (of course) and a very special printable planner, with seven unique adult coloring ‘mood trackers’ to remind you to take time for yourself once in a while.
Whether it's putting a smile on your face or helping you find your way to a healthier lifestyle, we’ve got your back.
Our Walk of the Week adventure has already begun. Everything was going really well until…
Last Wednesday, whilst filming our 10th episode, a bird knocked our drone out of the sky. Unfortunately we didn’t catch it on camera, but the bird is okay!
Our drone falling to its death is the latest in a string of bad luck, and we really want to turn this into a positive, rather than being the reason we failed.
This kickstarter isn’t about the drone. It’s not even about buying sandwiches whilst we’re out shooting. It’s an opportunity to support a good cause, right here in the UK, where you can play an integral role in making it possible.
Small acts of kindness are easy to give out, and can mean the world to the receiver. Join us on our quest to make Wales the healthiest and happiest place to live!
In the big picture, we don’t need much to get this show back on the road. A new flying camera, a steady-cam (at last) and anything else will be put towards other expenses towards making this happen. On top of that, we’ll gladly guarantee at least 52 episodes (1 years worth!), reaching as far into Wales as we can.
If we achieve a whopping £20,000, we’ll be fast-tracked to taking this show all over Wales. It’ll mean we can get suitable (and liveable) transport, and travel much further out, much sooner. We’ll happily guarantee (at the very least) 104 episodes (2 years worth!) if we achieve this target.
If we manage to raise £30,000, it would change our lives completely. We’d be able to commit all of our time for the foreseeable future, to this project. On top of that, we’ll be able to launch our Goodwill tour to run alongside the Walk of the Week series- Hooray! We’ll guarantee at least 2 years of both series, running alongside each other.
Our main priority is to get our Walk of the Week series touring all over the country, bringing health and happiness everywhere we go.
That being said, we have already planned what we are calling our Goodwill Tour for as soon as we have the time and resources to commit.
Telling the stories of the people and places we visit is a great way to spread positivity, but we’d love to contribute more and give back to those who need it the most.
Whether it's getting involved in a local sponsored walk, cooking for the elderly or even just spending some time with those who need it, our Goodwill tour would run alongside our Walk of the Week series.
On top of that, we also want to visit people who have helped us in our past and see if we can give back to them too, or even simply catch up and say thanks!
Launching the Goodwill tour right away mean’s we’d effectively leave our day jobs, pick up a camper van and set out as soon as we can. It would be full time roles and we’d effectively be living on the road! Our lives would change completely, which is why this "stretch goal" target is so high.
Don’t worry though! We want the Goodwill tour to happen at some point anyway, it would just be put on hold until we have the resources to make it a reality.

Risks and challenges
The risks associated with this project aren’t massive. We have already begun filming, and it’s only getting easier (and better!) with every episode.
Two possible risks or challenges would be potential time restraints and geographical challenges.
Regarding time, we try to stay a couple of episodes ahead in order to allow for unforeseen circumstances. We tend to film over a 3-6 hour window, which means we can be pretty versatile with the places we can visit. That being said, we are fully prepared for this to take a lot of our time as it develops and grows.
Getting to all the best spots in Wales can certainly pose geographical challenges to us, here in Cardiff. It means we’ll have to plan adequately for locations that are further away, and use every opportunity we get to go explore.
In order to film all over Wales, and consistently, we’ll be looking at investing in a second hand camper van so that we can spend weeks at a time on the road, meeting as many people and visiting as many places as we can.
If you recommend a location to visit, or want to film together, we will try our best to put it in our diary for as soon as possible. Please be aware that this could be anytime over the next couple of months depending on the factors raised above.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
