Noah Zachary Joins the Cast
Last week, Mishaela Faucher, the lyricist on The Perks of Writing a Musical, had a NYC concert of her work called Blame it on the Booze. We were delighted she decided to have “Absolutely Hell” performed in the evening. It’s the song from the Perks Pilot. Noah Zachary stepped in at the last minute to sing the lead and did a wonderful job! The other fabulous singers in the video are Travis Nesbitt, Douglas Goodhart, and Cait Doyle. Thank you!
The video’s already up on YouTube. Please check it out. http://www.facebook.com/l/9f252noV8jse9h3HOA3M2YXtL_g/www.youtube.com/watch?v=I_r8SpvwQvo&p=85D1A0D687D673B8
We’re thrilled Noah Zachary is going to be part of the Perks ensemble. He’ll be featured as one of the Classmates in the big production number (“Absolutely Hell”) and seen in other school community scenes.
Here’s some more about Noah Zachary’s professional career.
Noah’s New York credits include Dear Edwina Off-Broadway and Once Upon a Time in New Jersey with Prospect Theater Company. If he looks familiar, you might have also seen him in Hair, Tommy, Abraham Lincolns Big Gay Dance Party, and Rent at Connecticut Repertory Theater. He can soon be seen in the reading of Madame: The Musical directed by Billy Bustamante. Noah just received his B.F.A. in acting from the University of Connecticut. He’s especially grateful to the beautiful and brilliant Misha Faucher for getting him involved.
And we are too.
Let me know if you want contact information on Noah for any future gigs, and I’ll make sure you connect. But, please, not the last weekend in March. He’s working on a shoot of a new musical web series and a reading of a new musical. Busy guy. I have a feeling he’s going to get a lot busier.
