We plan to transform an abandoned New York City trolley terminal into a vibrant community green space using new solar technology.
3,300 backers pledged $155,186 to help bring this project to life.

HUGE coverage + hitting over a third of our goal!

Posted by Dan Barasch (Creator)

Thanks to Kickstarter for posting our project in their weekly update on their blog-- check it out!  We've also had coverage this week in the Wall Street Journal, FastCo.Design, Huffington Post, New York Observer, Lo-Down, Inhabitat, and many others.

OH, and we have reached more than a third of our goal, in under three days!  We are insanely excited.

The interwebs are a-buzzing.... thanks for helping spread the word, and THANK YOU for your support so far!

I am not quick to donate, but something about this project reverberated in my gut. For New York, for the country, for the future!

Congrats and I hope you guys set a new record for most funded. I have never been to NY but this is a great idea and I can't wait to see how it ends up.
