      Got mine last week. Feels like A big mistake backing up this project. Flawed design in me opinion in so many ways and also, not working and not charging my iPhone 6. How can I get a refund as soon as possible please?
      Have to say I hoped for a lot more from a respected name as Skiva.

      An adjustment to my previous comment: Skiva Technologies handled my outburst (sorry..) very professionally and courteously contacted me to process a refund. I just shipped it back yesterday and will be waiting for the refund to clear.

      I still stand by my design comment though. The concept of a compact, portable charger is great, but the execution was seriously flawed. Very small tweaks in the design to make everything fit nicely would have made this product perfect!

      Just received mine this week. Terrible design! The cable part feels extremely flimsy and weak. The USB end is very difficult to pull out and almost impossible to put back. The length of the cable and the awkward shape/placement of the hole doesn't let you reinsert the rectangular USB end. Also, the buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs and assumes all responsibility if you want to return this for a refund. What a joke!

      So I followed the link in the email to get the same deal a the campaign. It does offer me the cord2go at $9 but wants a minimum of us$8.80 for shipping. The campaign had free shipping to Canada. How do I get free canada shipping on your site?

      Great project, can't wait for the changes to take place so I can have it.
      It would be better if it had the ability to expand by putting a roller in the middle or something.

      I can't find my backer I thought it was a different number so I used that one but that was wrong I guess
      My whole Kickstarter looks different after a update I just did so when I go to ME it shows all the people I backed but I can't find the info in your link you supplied

      We checked the product you have mentioned on manufacturer's website. It seems like they have converted into metal shielded USB now.

      Specifically we have to put the metal shield on USB type-A connector (similar to normal cables). This change will take some time to do and it disrupts our existing production plan.

      That is really weird, I have the Nomad charge key (similar concept) which is Mfi certified and it doesnt have a protective sleeve around the USB. .
