Got mine last night! Made dinner for myself, husband and son in less than ten minutes.
It worked great and brought much joy and laughter to our dinner.

Everyone, thanks for all the kind words. We're beyond thrilled to get started! We can't wait to hear back from all of you when you get your Grilled Cheesus and start making sandwiches!

Craig ... thanks for the comments!

We definitely have plans for a blog to keep the GC audience up-to-date on all things Cheesus. We've really enjoyed the Kickstarter forum and how it lets us stay engaged with our backers. Honestly, it's really fun for us. And if we're lucky enough to have an audience who enjoys communicating with us and each other, we'll definitely foster that as much as possible.

I love the idea of having a community-supported recipe book. Our original digital recipe book will be an exclusive reward for our Kickstarter backers, but i have a feeling we'll have plenty more to offer in recipe suggestions (and future prodcuts!).

We are currently in the process of removing the KS redirect from ... a few things have to happen before we have a fully functional e-commerce site. We're working hard to make it happen as quickly as possible.

I love comments like yours, Craig. If we're fortunate enough to have an audience of interested people like you, I think we'll have a lot of fun building this business. Building a brand is something we take very seriously, and we want to make sure it's congruent with who we are and what we stand for .... and i think communication and transparency are vital in that process.

So thanks for the words and your support. It means so much to us.

Any thoughts on eventually having a forum/blog/vlog/etc. to allow the GC community to submit new recipes for the press"..whether something folks can browse/search and/or something that semi-frequently gets compiled into a downloadable PDF like the original digital recipe "book" that is being offered. This could even be something that is folded back into an ever growing version of the digital recipe book so that everything is available as a single downloadable eBook/PDF (given the popularity of eReaders these days).

Anyway, just some thoughts. I am sure that I or others would be happy to help moderate or compile such recipe entries on your site (which obviously still points to Kickstarter currently).

Congrats Congrats Congrats!!! Looks like it's gonna happen! I've changed mine also from 1 to 6 units. So I've upped it to $210. Hopefully that works. $220 left to go!

I plan to keep my streak alive of having every project I've backed, hit their goal. But, of the 6, this... is the one I'm most excited about!

$24,351.... they are almost there!!! Come on people. Post on your FB pages, TWEET... every dollar helps me get my grilled cheesus.

    18. Sal "Lasareath" Cameli on December 4, 2011

Rob, Meg, I just did the same. I changed my pledge from $35 to $105. But I want 3 units. Please make a note of it someplace. And if you are shipping from Brooklyn I can pick them up since I work in Brooklyn.

If I can't get 3 units then let me know and I'll change my bid back to $35

      Thanks, Sal

    19. Sal "Lasareath" Cameli on December 4, 2011

Casey, I think you need to pledge $35 and then add $70 at top and email Meg & Rob and tell them you want 3 units.

    34. Terence Bowlby on November 30, 2011

I'm seeing a bit of a surge... where's it coming from?

    35. Terence Bowlby on November 19, 2011

Typically on most Kickstarter projects, if what you want isn't a Limited Reward, just select the reward for one pledge, but actually pledge the total of both rewards you want, and contact the Project people.
