We are very proud and honored to announce that over the past few days Emerald City has received a resounding cheer of support from a handful of incredibly talented and influential Hollywood players. Their financial support has given the campaign a tremendous boost and we are so incredbibly grateful for that. But more importantly for us in the Emerald City crew, we would like each of them to know what an enormous moral boost their participation has given us as we move forward in this production. We would just like to take a moment to say a special thank you to each of them.

Thank you , Josh Brolin. (Brolin Productions)

Thank you, Mike Kelly.

Thank you, Brendan Coyle. (Anderson Shelter Productions)

Thank you, Brían F O Byrne

We are so incredibly grateful for your support. And also a huge thank you to you, all of you, who have contributed so far. This campaign is succeeding because of you. To those of you who haven’t donated yet, there’s still time. There are still some wonderful donation prizes available. There’s still time to nab a signed copy of the Emerald City movie script for example, or see your name in the final credits of the movie or you could even go all out and treat yourself to a walk on speaking part in the movie.

And I hope people keep donating so you can have a "stretch goal!" Every dollar still counts!

Boy, if I had the money there's nothing I'd like better than to be memorialized with a "walk-on part!" I am thrilled that Hollywood is backing this film. I can still remember my grandfather, Andrew C. Merrick, DVM, from Chicago, telling me about when or his father were new to this country and looking for work, seeing signs saying 'NO IRISH NEED APPLY.'

Thank God the times they are a' changing.

You're hitting the Big Time now! And God Bless.
