Our mission is to inspire people to get outside and create their own play through the framework of a life-sized board game.
Doozy lets you be your own game piece and flex your creative muscles as you hop from space to space completing challenges with other players. So far, we have engaged over 700 people from ages 8 to 88 - but we won’t stop there.
The game is simple. You take the circular spaces and create any closed loop of your choice. You roll the die. You go to the next space of that color. You draw a card, and you do what it tells you to do.
With Doozy, you have the power to change the size of the board, the rules of the game,

Pulling It Off
Over the last 18 months we’ve made Doozy out of cardboard, cardstock, kids paints, plates, scrap canvas, chalk, construction paper, cheap yoga mats, spray paint, toxic-smelling rubber, and everything in between. We’ve changed the name, we’ve played countless times with all kinds of people to refine it, and we’re ready to share it with you.
After extensive research we have lined up a trusted manufacturer, AdMagic (Cards Against Humanity, Story War), so that when we reach our goal all we have to do is hit go. And if we exceed it, surprises will be in store!

Risks and challenges
RISK: PROOF OF CONCEPT
We’re asking people to purchase a game they’ve never played or even heard of before. We say it’s really fun and that it engages the body and mind - but where’s the proof?
Doozy has been played by over 700 people around the country in classrooms, museums, conference rooms, backyards, after school programs, and social events. You should get an idea of the gameplay from the video, but also know that Doozy pulls from the games you've played all your life to create a new experience full of challenges that are both familiar and original.
We are working closely with AdMagic, an experienced printer and manufacturer for Kickstarter game projects for over three years (Cards Against Humanity, Story War). Before we decided to work with them, we spent over 6 months researching, sourcing, and testing materials to create a sustainable, durable Doozy game. We will be assessing the full sample before we deliver the games to you, giving us more control over production quality and lead time.
