Low back pain can alter your life.
If you haven't personally experienced back pain, you probably have a friend or family member who has stopped running, working out or playing with their children due to past back pain.
They may use the phrase, "I can feel when it's going to go out."
Many people have blame back pain on uncontrollable factors such as:
- Old age
- Having a "weak back"
These reasons have been proven to be false in most cases. Here's my article with references.
9/10 cases of back pain can be prevented by adding simple daily rituals... hence the reason for this Kickstarter.
This project is my way of seeing if people have a desire for a healthy back before I continue creating the system.
