Well yes i can do that but only when you can refund my $75 that backed then i leave you alone forever and never come back in here. Cos i am being honest. So can you be honest too or are you going to ignore my comments just like everyone in here too?

    31. Mobin Mobeen on September 6

I got myself banned from them too on their forum. Funny thing is I didn't break any rules on their forum but nah they wanted to ban me cos my angry comments in the kickstarter.

I also was trying to be nice on forum. And give them an example of what they should have done. But instead they ignore it and went straight ahead copy and paste my angry comment from Kickstarter to their forum, reply with childish comment and Just have a look at the link i pasted.

"Kickstarter: [is] drab atmosphere, rumination, pessimism etc. Just doesn’t look appealing to us."
      Really? There's a reason for that - you're scammers!

Does anyone have a mac and is bold enough to run the newly uploaded application to take some screen shots? The new release was built with a 2017 release of Unit, contains 1gb of resource asset data, and at a cursory glance appears to have a simple game's worth of compiled C# code. I don't have a copy of the demo anymore, and the original site has bitrotted, but I recall it being a very brief tech demonstration.

I'm still skeptical, though I suppose I can't rule out that the devs are simultaneously extremely sketchy and legitimately interested in releasing the game.

    40. Andreas Inghe on September 1

I dont have a Mac so I cannot try it out myself. Only one of my track appeared in the early "tech demo" that was on the kickstarter ages ago, and it was so damn compressed and awful.

I have it for free on my soundcloud if anyone is interested after all these years:

      https://soundcloud.com/torsktunga/water-aim-confederate-express…

    41. Andreas Inghe on September 1

Lol. Have anyone been able to download the demo? Is my music in it or have they convinced some other poor soul to join in? Im the guy that made a few tracks from them like 4 years ago.

    42. Jeremy The Jinx on September 1

@Chris are they down or did they toss a ban you way aswell? Thought the same till i logged out and could access the posts again

    43. Chris Chen

Yep, demo no longer available. No way to post on the discussion board.
Hopefully, that means itch.io are going to disable the page.

I was going to post this, but the thread was disabled before I could post it. ;)

I am of the opinion given that this is the same demo as the Kickstarter (just for Mac) that this is yet another scam.

They haven't done a thing with this "project" since they scammed (and admitted scamming) people on Kickstarter.

Now they're hoping to do the exact same thing with new people on a different platform. As a show of good faith, they're saying "Oh look, Kickstarter backers! We're back and here to actually work *this* time! Here's a key to the demo!"

Newcomers think "Wow! They're repentant and showing it by "fulfilling promises" by "giving" KS backers a key. I'll buy in for $20!"

But they'll never update this demo. They'll run away laughing after so many broken promises.

A key to NOTHING is still nothing. It costs them nothing to give KS backers a key because the backers will still get NOTHING!

Do not buy into these scammers' promises. Literally. They're not worth anything.

    44. icemann on September 1

itch.io removed the majority of posts and threads created earlier today. So we know whose side their on.

    45. Jeremy The Jinx on September 1

Well that was fast, i asked them about refunds and mentioned the scam to a admin on the boards and now i cant login with that profile and my posts are gone... yeah that dosnt bode well in my eyes, if they cant address the past issues. Well not like i cant make a new account on itch.io

    46. Row on September 1

Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice...
Well I will not pay them even a dime over my pledge but I am really curious how this will ends. :-7

    47. Scott Ewels on September 1

So this project is back from the dead or what? And why MacOS only as it's first platform? Surely making it for PC first would be the sensible and logical thing to do?
And a full release this January? I'll believe it when I see it!

    48. Missing avatar

      Kick Started on September 1

All that's going to happen is they will make a primitive barely playable demo for mac and pc and claim they fulfilled the reward. After all, Kickstarter's terms of use don't say anything about rewards being decent.
