The worst part is that the game looked SO COOL. Shame it will never be made.

    2. Creator Burton on February 4

I like to come back here for giggles. This was the first fraudulent backing I was apart of, makes me think how far we may have come. Unfortunately, this was not the last scam I would back.

Anyone find out anything new about these guys ?

    3. Creator Burton on December 3

Any new news? Still no help from KS or Amazon.

    4. Creator Christopher Teo on October 26

Woof. After reading about Pashanin's dubious history, his profile icon takes on a new meaning. Also, fellow kickstarter-backers, don't let an experience like this sour you on the rest. I've backed a number of other campaigns and have found myself much more satisfied!

Although this experience has taught me to take a closer look at the people behind a campaign I may back.

    5. Creator Zombieversteher on October 1

just my luck the first kickstarter i do is a scam :D well i didn´t stop with kickstarter and got a lot of cool new boardgames;)

    6. Creator Marco Grosso on September 25

This game looks so nice, is the tech demo still available somewhere?

    7. Creator Ian Miles Cheong on September 17

      Biggest fucking scam.

    8. Creator Erik H on September 15

I "only" pledged $10, so it's not a huge deal.
I just feel bad for those twenty people who pledged $100.

    9. Creator Clockwork Angel Studios on September 13

      "Be respectful and considerate huh?"

Sure, maybe if I'm refunded my money for not receiving something I paid for.

    10. Creator Jan Taylor on August 28

Does anyone have the demo saved so I can play my $10 tech demo? :(

    11. Creator Mason on August 5, 2015

2,386 backers pledged $39,739 to help fund a piece of shit scammer. Myself included in those backers...

    12. Creator JetStrange on July 30, 2015

So Is that ANYTHING updated about this game ?

    13. Creator Jeff Gilles on July 28, 2015

If anyone lives in Austin, Texas, I think that's where they live now.

    14. Creator Corwin Loach on July 28, 2015

Yay it's been over a year since they left with our money!

    15. Creator Windrider on June 13, 2015

Would it be possible to file a complaint at FTC's web page here: ? I'm not sure if that makes much sense and how to do that properly.

P.S. Idea came from this article:

    16. Creator Lars H on June 4, 2015

Some people just needs to be high fived.
      In the face.
      With a chair.

      прихуели братцы. жизнь накажет пиздюков

    18. Creator Corwin Loach on May 19, 2015

      @Alejo Ruiz
It's not happening, and we aren't getting our money back.

    19. Creator AlejØ Ruiz on May 17, 2015

      any news on this??

    20. Creator David De Ost on April 27, 2015

I don't think there are many options concerning legal action. The only action you can take is to punch him in the face if you happen to run into him.

    21. Creator Jeff Gilles on April 27, 2015

Anyone interested in pursuing legal action? Not sure what can be done, but I think its worth investigating.

    22. Creator Nik Lipor on April 5, 2015

      Bunch of crooks!

    23. Creator Chris McManus on March 24, 2015

This kickstarter is a bad joke - made four times the target and rode off into the sunset. Not impressed.

    24. Creator Dablue on March 15, 2015

Bummer.. no.5 in a grand total of 175 projects backed. And in only 1 of those 5 i saw it coming in hinesight.

    25. Creator Burton on February 26, 2015

Dan Hall, I asked the same question about three weeks ago and got no response on here. Just to let you know, I have emailed AmazonPayments and they hide behind the "been too long to care policy." Kickstarter staff did actually email me back but they also did not care too much. Was just given a series of "We're sorry for your bad experience" lines from KickStarter.

    26. Creator Dan Hall on February 25, 2015

anyone got an update on these con artists?

    27. Creator PegasusOrgans-AGL 589 on February 7, 2015

Seems like those without an icon are naive as F.

    28. Creator Burton on February 5, 2015

Concerning this project, has anyone recieved a response from either Kickstarter or AmazonPayments?

    29. Creator Aaron Gelb on January 14, 2015

As of August, the scum brothers seem to have snuck out of the condo they were squatting in and have never been heard from since. Who cares, I'm out $25 bucks....I've lost more than that in donated pants pockets.

Either way, lesson learned. This whole thing is over.

The only real tragedy (other than the poor woman who had to go through the AirBnB debocle) is that this game looked SOOO cool.

    30. Creator Kanoa Ishihara on January 12, 2015

I still want to believe... But that Air bnb thing has really thrown me for a loop.

    31. Creator Anthony Bonome on January 6, 2015

The picture is "ConEx". Ex-con, or just a con? Scumbag.

    32. Creator Zombieversteher on December 22, 2014

      deader as dead

    33. Creator William Friedman on December 15, 2014

Pedro, super unlikely. As far as I know kickstarter is very strict with their "buyer beware" Policy. Refunds can only come from the person running the project.

    34. Creator Neo on December 7, 2014

      I believe. I still believe... :D

    35. Creator Pedro on December 5, 2014

Ok, so are we getting our money back or what? Kickstarter is taking too long to take a stand on this issue.

    36. Creator AlejØ Ruiz on November 28, 2014

So do we know anything new about this project?
I usually dont care too much about deadlines because i still have a lot of backlog to clean but i havent seen any update from this game since July.

    37. Creator Tobias Fleischer // PYLON.FM Productions on November 17, 2014

      C'mon, some updates please!!!

    38. Creator SharpKris on October 22, 2014

still no update? i feel like kickstarter should seriously take some responsibility here

    39. Creator Anatoli Petrov on October 10, 2014

Markus Rajala, +1 - absolutely agree!

    40. Creator Markus Rajala on October 7, 2014

Well, fairly certain now that I'll never see those ten bucks again or the commodity I paid for. I can only hope this project will brand Pashanin's future works in such a way that he won't be able to work in the industry, with all his credibility down the drain.

    41. Creator Nathan L. on October 6, 2014

Would someone be able to post their communication with amazon that led to a refund? I would like to get a refund, as it is clearly that the creator is a scammer, and kickstarer won't take any responsibility in the issue besides the classic "talk to him" answer.

While I know its not kickstarters problem that Mark is a thief, they still should uphold their terms and agreements. Even if that means taking him to court representing the backers.

    42. Creator Felix on October 6, 2014

I still have faith in this project. Maye this guy is just as lazy as i am xD

    43. Creator Corwin Loach on October 4, 2014

The demo was awesome, it really boosted my faith in the game at the time. They actually built an awesome game engine and had a great idea before they bitched out and betrayed 2,386 people.

    44. Creator Lieron on October 4, 2014

One thing that still escapes me about this. There was a solid product available, as evidenced by the demo. Whenever I back things, the demo serves as proof of concept, I.E. not gonna get scammed, generally. So my question is, how on earth do you go through the effort to put together a demo that well and then not deliver on any of it?
