Does anyone have the demo saved so I can play my $10 tech demo? :(

    2. Creator Mason on August 5

2,386 backers pledged $39,739 to help fund a piece of shit scammer. Myself included in those backers...

    3. Creator JetStrange on July 30

So Is that ANYTHING updated about this game ?

    4. Creator Jeff Gilles on July 28

If anyone lives in Austin, Texas, I think that's where they live now.

    5. Creator Corwin Loach on July 28

Yay it's been over a year since they left with our money!

    6. Creator Windrider on June 13

Would it be possible to file a complaint at FTC's web page here: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov ? I'm not sure if that makes much sense and how to do that properly.

P.S. Idea came from this article: https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases/2015/06/crowdfunding-project-creator-settles-ftc-charges-deception

      @Alejo Ruiz
It's not happening, and we aren't getting our money back.

    10. Creator AlejØ Ruiz on May 17

      any news on this??

    11. Creator David De Ost on April 27

I don't think there are many options concerning legal action. The only action you can take is to punch him in the face if you happen to run into him.

    12. Creator Jeff Gilles on April 27

Anyone interested in pursuing legal action? Not sure what can be done, but I think its worth investigating.

    13. Creator Nik Lipor on April 5

      Bunch of crooks!

    14. Creator Chris McManus on March 24

This kickstarter is a bad joke - made four times the target and rode off into the sunset. Not impressed.

    15. Creator Dablue on March 15

Bummer.. no.5 in a grand total of 175 projects backed. And in only 1 of those 5 i saw it coming in hinesight.

    16. Creator Burton on February 26, 2015

Dan Hall, I asked the same question about three weeks ago and got no response on here. Just to let you know, I have emailed AmazonPayments and they hide behind the "been too long to care policy." Kickstarter staff did actually email me back but they also did not care too much. Was just given a series of "We're sorry for your bad experience" lines from KickStarter.

    17. Creator Dan Hall on February 25, 2015

anyone got an update on these con artists?

    18. Creator PegasusOrgans-AGL 589 on February 7, 2015

Seems like those without an icon are naive as F.

    19. Creator Burton on February 5, 2015

Concerning this project, has anyone recieved a response from either Kickstarter or AmazonPayments?

    20. Creator Aaron Gelb on January 14, 2015

As of August, the scum brothers seem to have snuck out of the condo they were squatting in and have never been heard from since. Who cares, I'm out $25 bucks....I've lost more than that in donated pants pockets.

Either way, lesson learned. This whole thing is over.

The only real tragedy (other than the poor woman who had to go through the AirBnB debocle) is that this game looked SOOO cool.

    21. Creator Kanoa Ishihara on January 12, 2015

I still want to believe... But that Air bnb thing has really thrown me for a loop.

    22. Creator Anthony Bonome on January 6, 2015

The picture is "ConEx". Ex-con, or just a con? Scumbag.

    23. Creator Zombieversteher on December 22, 2014

      deader as dead

    24. Creator William Friedman on December 15, 2014

Pedro, super unlikely. As far as I know kickstarter is very strict with their "buyer beware" Policy. Refunds can only come from the person running the project.

    25. Creator Neo on December 7, 2014

      I believe. I still believe... :D

    26. Creator Pedro on December 5, 2014

Ok, so are we getting our money back or what? Kickstarter is taking too long to take a stand on this issue.

    27. Creator AlejØ Ruiz on November 28, 2014

So do we know anything new about this project?
I usually dont care too much about deadlines because i still have a lot of backlog to clean but i havent seen any update from this game since July.

    28. Creator Tobias Fleischer // PYLON.FM Productions on November 17, 2014

      C'mon, some updates please!!!

    29. Creator SharpKris on October 22, 2014

still no update? i feel like kickstarter should seriously take some responsibility here

    30. Creator Anatoli Petrov on October 10, 2014

Markus Rajala, +1 - absolutely agree!

    31. Creator Markus Rajala on October 7, 2014

Well, fairly certain now that I'll never see those ten bucks again or the commodity I paid for. I can only hope this project will brand Pashanin's future works in such a way that he won't be able to work in the industry, with all his credibility down the drain.

    32. Creator Nathan L. on October 6, 2014

Would someone be able to post their communication with amazon that led to a refund? I would like to get a refund, as it is clearly that the creator is a scammer, and kickstarer won't take any responsibility in the issue besides the classic "talk to him" answer.

While I know its not kickstarters problem that Mark is a thief, they still should uphold their terms and agreements. Even if that means taking him to court representing the backers.

    33. Creator Felix on October 6, 2014

I still have faith in this project. Maye this guy is just as lazy as i am xD

    34. Creator Corwin Loach on October 4, 2014

The demo was awesome, it really boosted my faith in the game at the time. They actually built an awesome game engine and had a great idea before they bitched out and betrayed 2,386 people.

    35. Creator Lieron on October 4, 2014

One thing that still escapes me about this. There was a solid product available, as evidenced by the demo. Whenever I back things, the demo serves as proof of concept, I.E. not gonna get scammed, generally. So my question is, how on earth do you go through the effort to put together a demo that well and then not deliver on any of it?

    36. Creator Tiago Vigil on October 2, 2014

      i want my $35 back!

    37. Creator Kevotron McKenzie on September 21, 2014

Please refund me my 10$ hollar. It would be better spent on literally anything else.

    38. Creator BlackThorne on September 21, 2014

      Sorry for typos.
      *...in charge AS anyone...
      *...apply it here, for the...
      *...If you put YOUR project...

    39. Creator BlackThorne on September 21, 2014

No, it's not time. Don't get me wrong, I'm as sick of this project and especially the man in charge an anyone, but they made the terms now, so I'm not sure you can apply it here. for the project that is long after funding. If you put yout project to kickstarter you have to agree to their terms. And here He didn't agree with these new terms so you can't really sue Him, because of these new terms. That is my opinion as a "civilian". Maybe someone with knowledge of law can back me up ;)

    40. Creator Kyle Harpster on September 19, 2014

Kickstarter made the terms of service clearer. "If a creator is unable to complete their project and fulfill rewards, they've failed to live up to the basic obligations of this agreement. To right this, they must make every reasonable effort to find another way of bringing the project to the best possible conclusion for backers,"

Time to take these assholes to court!! Who's with me!!!

    41. Creator Denys Medianick on September 12, 2014

Im to lasy to even bother for refund for my blody 10$. But im with you guys! Need to be carefull next time :(

    42. Creator Scott Slonaker on September 11, 2014

Final update: After I bitched about Amazon's "advice", they responded by crediting my Amazon account $10 (the amount of my ConEx pledge) on my next purchase. So there's that.

    43. Creator Scott Slonaker on September 11, 2014

Update: Amazon hilariously suggested I ask Mr. Pashanin for a refund. The chances of that at this point seem to be low.

    44. Creator Junaid Hussain on September 11, 2014

Yeah I was told that the transactions were past the time period for filing a dispute. Here's what they said:

      Greetings from Amazon Payments,

Thank you for contacting us regarding your transaction x

Dispute for this transaction cannot be filed as the time period to file a dispute for the above transaction has lapsed. Therefore, we kindly request you route the reimbursement for this transaction through your credit card issuing company and file a chargeback. Your credit card issuer will provide more information about reimbursement for this transaction.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

      Best regards,

      Thank you.
      Amazon.com

Unfortunately my bank said they only reimburse on products not received within a 120 day window :(

    45. Creator Scott Slonaker on September 11, 2014

I am curious as to how those of you who have gotten Amazon Payments to refund you have done it. I had to resort to sending an e-mail to their support because the standard complaint form would not allow me to continue (too much time has passed since the transaction). We'll see if it works.
