Holy crap in a bottle! We've been 750% funded! That is absolutely amazing, and it's all thanks to our backers, every single one of you have made sure that we will be making this game a reality, and making it better than we had envisioned! Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU!
Before you say it, I know I probably forgot to address something here. Please get to me asap so I can add it!
We've created a forum on the website for all of our backers to migrate to after the Kickstarter campaign. The forum is our primary form of communicating with our backers. If you have not yet done so, please register there. If you'd like to be added to the Kickstarter Backers group in the forum, send me a message on Kickstarter with your forum name.

We are still accepting pledges to reach the final stretch goal of voice acting! If you missed your chance to pledge during the campaign, you can still do so there. Click on the link above or click here:

The Next Few Weeks
For the next 14 days, Kickstarter and Amazon will be processing your pledges. Most of you by now will have been charged successfully. I'll go into detail about what will be happening for the next few weeks.
For some of you, your pledge will not have gone through due to an error in the process. Perhaps you entered your card information wrong, the card has expired, there were insufficient funds or something else entirely. If this is the case, please check out the Kickstarter FAQ here:
If your payment has not gone through, please fix it asap! As we stand, we are below the 85k stretch goal. I have already heard from some backers who have had their payment declined, thank you for notifying me.
If you cannot fix your payment, please message me here or on the forum and I will get back to you as soon as possible so we can make other arrangements.
I will be sending out backer surveys to each tier within the next week, preferably within the next few days. The questions in the survey are mandatory! This survey will only be sent out once to our backers. Failing to complete the survey may result in you not getting your reward! We need this information to deliver your rewards, especially if you have ordered a physical reward.
Many of you have asked about the add-ons that you have included in your pledge. The backer survey will ask you which add-ons you have added. If the numbers do not match up, we'll get back to you to make sure that everything is correct.
T-Shirts are the only physical reward that will be sent out within the next month. However, payments are still being processed by Amazon and Kickstarter for the next two weeks, so we cannot yet pay for the T-Shirts to be made, packed and shipped. This also means that you have two extra weeks to order a T-Shirt!
We're checking with our fulfillment service to see if we can offer both a white and black shirt instead of just the black for the same base price. If you want to order extra T-Shirts along with your current pledge, make sure to send us a payment through PayPal with all of the details necessary. If you're unsure of how to do this, please send me a message on here or on the forums.

What I'll Be Doing
I originally thought I only had a week to do this, so this would be somewhat nice to have some extra time. I'll be working closely with all of you guys, our backers to make sure payments have gone through! I'll be consulting with tax lawyers about the business taxes and income taxes we'll be paying based on what we get. I'll be signing the contracts for all of the members of the Dev team.
From there, we'll be planning out our battle strategy to tackle the rest of development. I'll work on the mechanics that need to be done with Drew, the new sprites for the characters with Tegan, Darren and I will be planning out new musical scores, and I'll be hunting down our ninja bust artist Mantas because he has been MIA for three weeks. He lives in Lithuania. Unfortunately, we cannot wait forever and if he doesn't show up in the next few weeks, we may have to look for a replacement. I'll also be working to see if we can hire Vagrant aboard as our resident environmental pixel artist! His work is quite amazing.
For everyone else that has a part to play in the game, from your NPCs to your Side Quests, make sure to register at our forum! We'll all be communicating there.

Other Kickstarters Still Going
Now that we're here, we're not going to stop cross promoting other great campaigns! We want to re-introduce the projects you probably missed and should really check out:
The Mandate is a futuristic space sandbox-RPG in which you, as the captain of an intergalactic spaceship, lead a crew through the galaxy in your quest to bring order to the galactic empire! Your crew is an integral part of the operation, and your interactions with the hundreds or so on-board will help to bring this universe to life! They'll grow with you as you lead them through battles, boarding operations and space exploration.
They have 19 days left and they're past half way, so let's send them some support!
Developed by former LucasArts developers, Super Roman Conquest is a side scrolling strategy game that allows you command units through a 3D landscape in the setting of ancient Rome. It’s got a classic throwback vibe with a 16-bit pixel art style mixed with modern strategy gameplay yet unseen in the side-scroller genre. Super Roman Combat blends the nostalgia of your favorite older games with more sensible design touches and larger scale meta game features similar to the indie hits of today.
Another great game that really deserves to be funded! They have 10 days to go with just under $9k before being fully funded. They're awesome guys, let's send them some support too!
You wield a device that can make any item any size. A tree, a wall, an enemy, a passing cloud, even the levels themselves are all "SCALEable". Space is relative in the game so progress is as much conceptual as it is physical. The unique mechanic of SCALEing is inspired by games like Portal and The Swapper. Progression through the game is freeform and open like Mario 64 or early Zelda overworlds. It’s all about exploring and discovering secrets!
They have three days to go and they're well on their way to get funded! Give Steve some love!
Lords of Xulima is an isometric, turn-based, single-player, 2D role-playing game. It is set on a mythical lost continent called Xulima, where the world makers lived in ancient times. The game features a vast, challenging world where you will lead Gaulen the Explorer and five of his companions on an epic journey filled with the struggles of Gods and Humans.
They've blown past their initial funding goal but they could use more help with their stretch goals!
"I can't understand why, but the idea is rarely touched in video games, despite it having loads of potential. We've had some good attempts over the years, but the genre has been explored fully at all.
Surely a game that encapsulates the tension and thrills of meticulously planning and executing a perfect prison escape would be fun, no?"
The Escapists has been funded but Chris deserves more love! The game is full of pixelated awesome and I personally cannot wait to play it myself.
"Chaos Drift is a nostalgic RPG experience. It features a gripping story and gameplay inspired by classics of yesteryear such as Final Fantasy 6 and Chrono Trigger.
Chaos Drift will allow great freedom to the player in terms of exploration and character growth. As players level, they will be able to allocate stat points to whatever stat they wish, as well as choose which skills to augment their base class with via a system reminiscent of Final Fantasy 7's materia system."
Caleb congratulated me at the end of our campaign and I noticed he had a project of his own, made using the same engine we're using. With 11 days to go, he has more than enough time to make the 4.3k he needs to fund his game!
