Time under tension training and the concept has been recently popularized by celebrity athletes like Tom Brady. The essential element of Time Under Tension Training (TUTT) is not huge, expensive equipment, but the proper use of tension. When a traditional weight is used to perform a curl and the apex and the arm points to 12 o’clock, the weight is essentially balanced and falls into the body at the end of the motion.
With TUTT, the further the athlete flexes using the resistance bands, the greater the band stretches and the more increased the resistance becomes. Essentially, there is constant stress on the muscle throughout the entirety of the movement. This stress increases the amount of energy the athlete expends and rapidly speeds up the path to total rapid muscle exhaustion.
Blast workouts in just 10-15 minutes a day with Rove Gym. Using our TUTT training method, you can get a full body workout, right at home. Not having enough time will no longer be your excuse for not working out. Rove Gym will help you squeeze in that much-needed workout, every day, in no time.
Available for Android and iOS devices, the Rove Gym app shows you how to set up the machine for each exercise and walks you through perfecting your form. It also contains three levels of intensive instruction and a workout program for every day of the week.
The Rove Gym system measures 4 inches in width and 6 feet in height and takes up zero floor space (it takes up 6 square feet of floor space when the rower is in use). The size of the Rove Gym system makes it easy to install anywhere in your home! It is also extremely portable, so you can easily pack it up and take it with you when traveling. You can install Rove Gym in under 5 minutes to a doorway or attach it straight to your wall.
Rove Gym’s materials are strong, just like you! We use alloy aluminum and steel to make sure it lasts through all of your intense workouts.
The aluminum body clips together in seconds and attaches to a door jamb with thick grab pads that will protect your paint and your walls.
Founder Brian Robinson has years of training experience and currently works with many NFL, NHL stars and professional fighters. He is the inventor of the $15,000 Hi-Trainer, a non-motorized treadmill that pro-athletes and organizations invest in to keep in their training facilities. The Hi-Trainer’s main function is resistance running to help professional fighters. He has created Rove Gym under a similar idea by providing a way to get a full body workout using resistance training.
We turned to Kickstarter because we saw ourselves on the leading edge of a new way to work out. We believe Rove Gym will help people achieve their fitness goals, in less time than other methods. We’ve heard the age old excuse of not having enough time to work out, so we decided to create a gym that will make that statement a thing of the past. The funds raised during this campaign will help us place initial orders with our manufacturer. Every dollar counts towards giving you the ability to build stronger, leaner muscle.
We can’t thank you enough for checking out our project and helping us make Rove Gym a reality.
We know not everyone will be able to support us with a pledge, so even if you can’t give a dollar or purchase a Rove Gym, if you’re a supporter of Rove Gym, you can help us spread the word on Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram and anywhere else you can think of!
