The Set for Ricinus Communis
Ricinus Communis is set in the countryside and rural side of Mallorca, a continuous contrast between the fruits of the earth and the works of men. Mallorca was not chosen, it chose us. The story was born there and takes place in its unique visual landscapes and old town streets. Mallorca is an international place, appropriate for the international audience sought. Its airport receives 22 million passengers every year, which can be beneficial for the marketing of our film as many people will be interested in watching it by its location appeal too. Mallorca is mesmerizing; its unique visual attributes will give the story a magical and poetical feeling.
Mallorca is Spain, is the Mediterranean. It is the largest and most populated of the Baleares (Balearic) Islands with Palma de Mallorca as its capital city.
The estimated budget for Ricinus Communis is $480,000. We`ve tried to account for various significant factors. We need to provide for the necessary casting opportunities that are crucial to the telling of this story: truthful and skilled casting. We need the financial muscle to make a visually stunning film that will captivate viewers. And 15% of our budget is destined to promotional and distribution purposes only so that we can reach the best and most effective exposure.
What about the audience?
We are not trying to anticipate the market, we are telling an enjoyable story and we have shaped it in an original and enthralling way; we understand audiences across the world have become less uniform and are always looking for fresh and compelling cinematic experiences; Ricinus Communis is not the result of guessing what they will want in the future, is the consequence of doing what we enjoy and enthuses us, so after it’s made, you guys can also feel the excitement and vibrate as we do.
Ricinus Communis is a touching human story that promotes dialogue, reflection and introspection. We present new concerns and perspectives about the world we live in, and we make it in a appealing way.

Only Ricinus Communis has been written. The other six movies have story lines but have not been written into script format yet. We are focusing on Ricinus Communis, if successful, we will be able to continue with the second entry of The Seven Poems of Saligia.
