Battle Command is a WW2 strategy-based board game that uniquely blends resource management with battlefield tactics.
Battle Command is a World War 2 strategy board game for 2-6 players.
Set in 1939 at the outset of the war, you play the role of an Allied or an Axis commander who must achieve specific goals in order to win the war.
Battle Command is unique in its use of a Strategic Map alongside a Battleboard.
Plot your path to victory by managing your resources on the Strategic Map before crushing your enemies on the Battle Board.
Command powerful armies: Strike and conquer by deploying tanks and infantry on the battle board.
Unique units: Paratroopers add unique element of surprise to the game. Dropped from above the board, they trigger battles from wherever they land.
Immense replayability: Each game is unique as your missions and battles will unfold differently on every play through.
Resource management: Careful planning with your logistics will dictate how you fight the war.

Where We're At
I have been developing this game over the past six years and each iteration of the game has been tested and improved with the help of feedback given by Games Workshops and Societies around Ireland and the UK.
To date, I have been able to use funds to develop three prototypes of the game and take those prototypes to the World Toy Fairs in New York, London and Nuremberg.
At these fairs, I secured a world-wide distributor who will market the game when it is ready to sell, but first I need your help to raise the €15,000 funding goal to see Battle Command through it's final phase of model design and production.
We have five major milestones to hit:
- Finalize the design of the packaging and strategic maps
- Complete the design of the paratroop unit model
- Finalize the art and design of American troops & missions
- Completion of the design of the replica vehicles
- Print the first production run

With every project there are potential risks and problems.
Board game production is challenging and can be set back by snags in the production line when it comes to final delivery.
Redesigning key artwork is crucial to the delivery of an appealing and successful product. Getting this artwork right will be most time consuming part of our production phase as all images and colours must be fit for purpose before going to the production line.
We will plan for as many eventualities as we can and we are committed to delivering an enjoyable successful product to you, our backers.
