In case a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an undeliverable address or simply if the customer wasn't able to receive, the customer will be responsible to cover the additional cost required to request a re-delivery.
If the item received has been damaged during delivery, please send us a picture of where the defect is. As soon as we confirm the damage, we will resend another new item to your address.
