@Hung Try running the suction cup under warm water and rubbing your thumb in a circular motion then let air dry. Cleaning the suction cup is different than the SETA (phone stand). There should be no problem with aluminum. @Jorgen have you tried cleaning it?
I just discovered that the suction cup for the gooseneck stand does not stick on the back of the new iPad Air. I've tried cleaning it as you indicated above, but it appears the all aluminum surface of the iPad prevents any adhesion...can you look into it and recommend a solution? I have two gooseneck stands and one SETA stand for the iPhone (which works fine).
after 3-4 weeks of daily use so bothered no longer hold the cell phone without always slipping down
is there somebody else ho have same problem ?
Any discount codes for the Xflex yet? :)
Thanks for taking the time to make an update about this! I must have thrown out the instructions when I first got it.
I have pledged by support and reside in the far east. It has been weeks, if not months and I have yet to receive the SETA stand. In the past experiences I had with purchases in US, never have I encounter such a long wait, even with USPS cheapest shipping. Kinda disappointed that I had to pay US$35 for shipping outside US which is kind of on the high side of shipping cost and yet experience such delays...
