Greeting Team SETA! Just touching base with a few tips on caring for your SETA. A few of you either tossed the instructions or they were not packed (my fault). Either way if your SETA is losing power, it is super easy to clean.

Cleaning your SETA:

Simply wipe it down with a damp paper towel, let air dry, and you are ready to go! Just watch the video below.

Discount Codes:

There is a discount code for all SETAs saving $4.95 per some will be $25! Just type kick25 to the discount section of the check out at You are welcome to pass the code (kick25) along to friends and family who missed our Kickstarter. Once again, I appreciate your support.

NanoSuction™ Pads are available:

NanoSuction™ pads are available at More pads (like the bumpers in the video) will be coming soon and I will let you know.

@Hung Try running the suction cup under warm water and rubbing your thumb in a circular motion then let air dry. Cleaning the suction cup is different than the SETA (phone stand). There should be no problem with aluminum. @Jorgen have you tried cleaning it?

      hi George,
I just discovered that the suction cup for the gooseneck stand does not stick on the back of the new iPad Air. I've tried cleaning it as you indicated above, but it appears the all aluminum surface of the iPad prevents any adhesion...can you look into it and recommend a solution? I have two gooseneck stands and one SETA stand for the iPhone (which works fine).

I have pledged by support and reside in the far east. It has been weeks, if not months and I have yet to receive the SETA stand. In the past experiences I had with purchases in US, never have I encounter such a long wait, even with USPS cheapest shipping. Kinda disappointed that I had to pay US$35 for shipping outside US which is kind of on the high side of shipping cost and yet experience such delays...
