Risks and challenges
This will be my first full paid release on PC and Mac, and my third on Mobile. As such I will likely run into some unexpected problems related to the PC and Mac launch, but with the time I have set aside, and with help from some close developer friends I will get past this.
As with any game development project, and much like the development of many of my previous games, challenges and obstacles are very unpredictable and could come at any point. However this should not be a problem, because through previous projects I have learnt to leave enough "flex time" at the end to be able to overcome anything that may slow development down. I feel that by setting a soft date of April 2014 for the game's release this will allow me adequate time to fix any issues.
If (and it'll be lucky if it happens) I don't come across any major issues or problems the extra time will be used to polish the game as much as I can, and potentially lead to an early release.
I will follow this project through to the end, I am a determined individual who never starts something without finishing it. Especially if I know there are people relying on me and looking forward to something that I produce.
