This Looks Familiar…
Volume 2 of How We Stay Sane @ Work will be even bigger than Volume 1! It will contain strips 101-150 with updated text and SFX for crisper, funnier gags! It will also contain all the guest comics funded by the stretch goals of the 1st Kickstarter.
Volume 2 Guest Artists
You should check out all of their work, because it’s fantastic. All the guest artists have been paid for their work, but as a special thank-you for agreeing to include their strips in this book, they will each get 1 free copy for themselves!
I’ve tried to keep the rewards simple for ease of fulfillment, and use as few tiers as possible. U.S. shipping is included on all reward tiers.
- Thank You: Your name and company immortalized on a special page of the book reserved for donors.
- Digital Sketches: Single character digital sketch of whomever you want! No nudity or offensive topics please.
- PDF/Comixology Code: A full-color PDF and Comixology file of books 1 & 2, released as soon as the final print version is approved.
- Volume 2: Full-color 68 page softcover book. Don’t need a book? I’ll donate it to a public library or non-profit of your choice.
- Postcard Print: An exclusive print featuring 3 “jobzombies”, chosen at random from donors $25 and up!
- Original Inks: A hand-drawn original strip from the comic! (excludes guest comics)
Get Volume 1: Missed the 1st campaign? Snag a signed copy of Volume 1 by adding $10 to your pledge & sending a Kickstarter message. Shipping is included.
Contest #1: Win Cover Inks! For the first 2 weeks of the campaign only all donors $25+ will be entered to win the physical inks for the book cover! Winner will be chosen at random after the campaign ends.
Contest #2: Become a Jobzombie! For the entirety of the campaign all donors $25+ will be entered for a chance to be drawn on the Kickstarter-exclusive postcard print as a jobzombie! 3 winners will be chosen at random after the campaign ends.
You can only win 1 prize. Good luck!
A Note About Shipping
The campaign's deadline will be putting us very close to the Christmas season here in the U.S. I plan to ship rewards at the beginning of December, however because things often take longer than anticipated, and also because I have no control over the postal system I cannot guarantee you will receive your rewards before Christmas. As always I will be keeping all backers informed with copious updates.
A big thanks to Thomas W. For editing the video! And thanks to these people for providing free voice talent: CJ M, Noah G, Mario M.

Risks and challenges
-This is my 3rd Kickstarter campaign. The 2nd campaign was barely unsuccessful, and I’ve taken what I’ve learned from it to create this slimmer, cheaper one. Instead of flashy rewards, I decided to focus on what people are really here for: my art. The books and postcard print will be the main focus this time around.
-As with the Volume 1 campaign, I budgeted in plenty of extra money just in case. See the budget breakdown above.
-All strips are drawn, and all that remains of the book is formatting work. The only reward that needs drawing is the print. I have been working successfully with weekly webcomics deadlines for years, but I am still a one-woman army.
